I actually read what was on that white parchment that Alexander showed Dasyuraj and was pleased to find that it actually contained the 3 conditions and not just some placeholder text. Someone on the production team actually put a little bit of effort towards authenticity. 😆

This is what it said:

Dasyu Samaaj ke log Paurav Mulk ke khilaaf jung nahin ladenge.

Dasyu log sirf pul banayenge aur uske badle mein aapko hamein Paurav maharani Anusuya ko hamein saunpni hogi.

Aapko vachan dena hoga ki aap Dasyu Samaaj ke maamlon mein dakhal nahin denge aur na hi kabhi hum par hamla karenge.

I read it too, the writing was very clear. I read the first two paras, and skipped the last one.

Now if that conscientious production assistant could only look into a few other details!😉
