When elephant was approaching roxxane , d person who was riding d chariot, ran away seeing elephant & leaving roxxane alonr. When roxxane fell down Macedonian soldiers saw their queen fell down but they dint came forward 2 help her.

My dear Deepika,

Just as she does not consider Alexander her husband, the charioteer and the Macedonian soldiers too probably did not consider her their queen!😉

Darinde. Daitya is Sanskrit, and one thing I like about this production is how, with only very few exceptions, they stick to Persianised Hindi for the Macedonians and Persians, and pure Sanskritised Hindi for the rest.

The other thing is that despite the shock of seeing what must have looked to him like fabled monsters, he does not flinch, but sticks to Alexander's side.
