Yes, Rohit carries off the black amazingly well. The whole look: black chiton, gold jewelry and sandals, complete with blonde hair and tan -> close to Greek god this one!

Rohit's next role should be playing Apollo perhaps??😉 Which when you think about it would be perfect since Apollo was a Greek god of music and song and Rohit has those talents as well! 😃❤️

Apollo, my unhurried one😉, was principally the Sun God , though he also had music and poetry in his portfolio. Does Rohit sing and dance? I have no idea. I am sure he can do shairi, however.

Now we don't have a god for music and poetry. So, poor Rohit would get to play Apollo only if the CVs could pit Indra, or Suryadev against him, and give the Bharatiya Bhagwan 80% of the screen time,!😆

The boy can't very well be carrying on with a role every 2 years. He must be having some other profession alongside acting. I feel that he belongs on the big screen, preferably in Hollywood, as he can easily look Western.

Aunty and Tahera,
Rohit has a beautiful voice and also plays the guitar. He also said that his experience working in serials has given him a good command of Urdu, which is evident in his dialogue delivery. He is also very articulate in his interviews.

As for the break between shows, Rohit always says that even though he gets many offers he is willing to wait for a good role because he wants creative satisfaction. This is the boon and bane of having an actor who is so talented and dedicated to his craft. Although Razia Sultan gave him fame and encouraged him to work with this production house again, playing Alexander has catapulted him to another level altogether and he has gained thousands of male fans as well, so not just a heartthrob. 😉 I really hope that other teams approach him with a great script and story sooner than later so that he feels compelled to accept the project and enthral us. I personally would love to see him in a non-historical show.

He does belong on the big screen. He said in the past that he was not confident enough in his acting to try for that, but that now he feels more ready and will only sign a big project with a good role. Who knows, maybe he will find something interesting pretty soon?

I must say though, since this is the first show of his that I've ever watched, I know and associate with him as a blond with green eyes who is clean shaven. Seeing him in his natural avatar throws me off, but I suppose it is unrealistic to expect him to remain blond for good. He himself says that he got so used to this look that he might find it difficult to go back to his original one. 😉

As per what I have read about Apollo, he is known as the god of the following:
1) Prophecy
2)Medicine and healing as well as ill health and plagues
3) Patron god of music, poetry and arts
4) Sun, light and knowledge

Rohit can sing and play the guitar, there are videos of him which proves so ❤️ that aspect is sorted! Lol the only negative will be that playing Apollo, he will have to bear with all those Oracles (especially if they turn out as annoying as the one they showed coming to Paurav Rashtra).

Omg Hollywood!! I was just thinking about this point myself earlier today...he does have the looks, presence and talent hain na? I mean if someone like Priyanka Chopra can make it big there 😕 (not a fan of hers at all), then he is a better option for them ☺️❤️

Good Lord! The boy is clearly a sarvakalavallavan, a positive paragon!

I am now sure that he is being wasted in television. Being picky is all right, but he cannot do one show every two years and get anywhere. He is 31, which is the prime of life for a performer, dn I shall keep my fingers crossed - so tightly that they could enter a pretzel contest!- for him to hit the big screen very soon. He deserves it.

I agree, Rohit needs to rethink his strategy when it comes to his career and get hold of a very good publicist for himself. He has so far done 9-10 serials (as per his career graph) but he only became a household name with his serials 'Arjun', 'Razia Sultan' ( I haven't watched these ) and now 'Porus'. He is 31 years old and now is the perfect time for him to think about his next step, while Porus is still going on and he is getting positive feedback for his role as Alexander because once this show ends and he decides to take a hiatus again, then it might become difficult for him to gain that peak again...
