It is very sad but harsh truth not coz of ripudaman coz he had became very arrogant with I know everything kind of attitude.
He falsely accused bamini 4 anusuya's murder bad mouthed bamini , bamini asked on what bases u r accusing me what u know about me , Puru know I don't know about u much but what I know about u is enough 2 punish u
During d fight also he observed bamini's principles when bamini asked him 2 pick up sword as I will not attack an unarmed person , Puru again taunted him by saying these kind of words don't suit man like u
Ultimately he saw anusuya fit & fine which did proved his accusations r wrong on bamini then also he ran 2 kill him when anusuya said he is Ur father , he dropped sword & ran 2 anusuya , forget owning up 4 his mistake, he dint lend his hand 2 bamini to make him stand.
Yes bamini is wrong in state matters , but if bamini do d needful 4 his mistakes , then also it will not effect Puru why these kind of person r 2 stubborn , they only believe what they want 2 , never care 2 listen others, never learn from their mistakes, nor believe in giving a second chance.
Some major happen thing happened or some sensible or strong person show them their true place then these kind of people come out of their world.
Alexander character is being very sensibly developed , he not only let other person speak but also learn from his mistakes, he has genuine reason 2 hate his father but Puru don't have any strong reason not 2 accept bamini as father , just before he was ok , infact ready 2 hug bamini back then these things dint came in his mind , as ripudaman died he start accusing bamini, it proved that if ripudaman had been alive he don't had prob 2 accept bamini.
