As someone who has followed her since her first show I will say that she is doing total justice to her character.She is one of the finest actresses in the industry.
It's just due to the repetitive scenes that it feels annoying.Apart from that I think all the actors are perfect for their respective characters.

I dont believe overacting is directors fault...its actor fault only. But Rati Pandey isnt overacting as ansuya...on the contrary she is completely doing justice to her character. You want her character to tame down...how a person who is not mentally stable tames down i dont get. She is already not shown shouting everywhere...she is already much more calm then people suffering from such things actually are. The story is going slow...but that doesnt mean actors arent doing justice to their characters.

Rati's acting seems ok to me but scenes are getting really repetitive and dragging. I don't connect that well with Anasuya as a character. The character started out well but somewhere became too preachy and now stuck in this melodramatic tragic phase.
