Bhola babu's relations with Vyas family

Harish said that bhola babu nd vyas relations is 25 year old...how come bhola dont know that naren lives in spritual world...nd hardik also unaware with the fact that kiara nd naren mrg was fixed...he also become suspcious when mr.chopda comes to vyas house...atleast amma knows that naren dadaji left home to become saint..
