Rimjhim is confused seeing Megha's medical report in Koyal's bag. She takes down Charity Hospital's address. Rimjhim shares her doubt on Koyal with Bhavani, but he thinks that her doubt is baseless.

Avinash talks Rakesh about involving Mahaan in the office work. Rimjhim decides to visit Charity Hospital to know the truth about Koyal. Rakesh informs Om that their client has cancelled the deal and there is no use to talk with him. Mahaan requests that he will talk to the client and solve this matter on its own. Rakesh agrees and instructs to take the details from Om. Mahaan calls up Durga and tells that he has joined the office and assures that he will fulfill her mother's dreams.

Rimjhim reaches to the hospital and talks Nivedita about Koyal. The same time nurse Koyal comes there. Rimjhim is surprise to see her and tells Nivedita that she is having some misunderstanding. Rimjhim shows Koyal's (Megha) photograph. Nivedita tells her that she is that girl whose plastic surgery was done in their hospital and her name is Megha. Rimjhim is shocked.
