i also agree with garv but i think slowly the understanding between vicky n isha will grow then they will love each other

She obviously still loves Garv!

But I am sure she will have a moral and ethical commitment to stay with Vicky. And she promised Bhavani (the old man) that she would be a wife who would hold her commitment to Vicky sacred.
