Megha is Rimjhim's daughter, that's why she looks exactly like her.
Esha is Raj's daugther ... Raj was Rimjhim's friend, who in the beginning was blackmailed by Durga to tell lies like Rimjhim is his wife. When Esha was a little girl she was diagnosed with cancer. Durga kidnapped Esha and so blackmailed Raj in telling lies as Raj knew the treatment for Esha was a matter of life and death.
Garv is Megha ( RJ's daughter) best friend and she is in love with Garv. Garv however is not awar of this. Garv is in love with Esha.
Ohhh, Megha knows RJ is her bio mother, but she hates her for killing Malini as Megha considered Malini as her only mother. Megha hates Esha is she is Raj's daughter. Raj was also against Malini. And now even more as Garv is in love with Esha.
