After reading the preview for dec 27th its says megha has a complication. I thought they switched the babies. Isha gave birth to a still born so i thought they gave meghas baby to her. So how could she have a complication in her pregnancy? is she pregnant again?

we are behind in USA. According to the updates Garv and Megha are married and Megha is pregnant again and there are some complications in her pregnancy.
