Garv and Megha take promise of god to spend their rest of the life together. Everyone gets happy hearing this news. Jayanti calls up Shweta in this regard. Shweta decides to use the trick and pressurize Avinash to meet him.

Avinash reaches at Shweta's place. She threatens to disclose the secret in hospital and puts a condition leave Rimjhim for saving daughter's life, but Avinash takes her lightly telling that he will himself disclose the truth.

During the mehandi ceremony the condition of the kid gets worsen. Isha cries out and screams that she will commit a suicide if anything will happen to her kid. Avinash hears this and shocked reaction.
