Well personally I think it's to bring Arjun into the household, since he was actually observing the Thakur-Phulwa and later on Phulwa-Sharbati interactions. Even I don't understand why they had to do it so early on, could've been handled after the operation.
Or maybe it was to show more of TP? Expecting some dhamaka to happen in the haveli later on, then only we'll understand what's happening.
And I'm wondering what Arjun thinks of his deal with Phulwa after entering the haveli...it's very obvious they're pretty darn well off, even buaji mentioned that he can just sell off 2 cars and easily pay the doc. So it would make him wonder why she's worried about the money when they're so rich.
That's just my hunch, the rest is all to see tomorrow I guess.

I agree with Vita, its possibly done to show more of Arjuns interaction with the rest of the gang and some other dhamaka is on its way.
Maybe Arjun will overhear Bua or anyone else mentioning the fact that the haveli belongs to Abhay and he will casually ask about it before Phulwa. Maybe he will be the one who will help them get deeper into that Devpur track. Property, haveli etc is part of the Devpur track so maybe there are still some lose ends left that he will set straight. Thats why he had to be brought in here first so he may get to know more about them and then later on help them get back on track. Just a theory.
@TM i was also wondering that why did they bring back Abhay 2 haveli so early ?? but may b as anu & vita'd said abt 2 make Arjun sort of understand the situtns!!
