Aapko bhi toh haar kehi jeeti hain humne
Basically the line that made the entire episode for me! And not only this, it also put my mind on ease that the CVs might know anything else, but they do know how to deal with the PhAb relationship!
It's lines like these that tell us that they remember every single moment of their relationship, from the time Shatru entered the kabilay to now. They haven't forgotten the build up, the betrayal, the marriage and now the reconciliation...they know exactly what PhAb has gone through to be where they are today and they constantly find a way to mention it one way or another! And this brings a great sense of comfort and security to me, because it just confirms the fact that in no way or sense with PhAb be overlooked no matter where the tracks go.
This acknowledgement of their unique journey and all the ups and downs they have faced is shown as a constant reminder that neither of them have forgotten their past. And the fact that they are in love today and have become each others strength have been an ongoing process. The core of the show is the Phulwa/Abhay relationship, or more importantly their marriage and the promises they've made to each other. And I love the fact that their past hasn't become some sort of forbidden territory that they both walk on eggshells around. It happened, it's a huge part of them, and to be able to move on keeping all of that in perspective just goes on to show the strength of their love. Phulwa dropped the line so casually that even Abhay was taken aback by it, and I loved that, they might as well have been discussing the weather. It's things like these that not only prove Phulwa's love for Abhay but also tells have that she truly has let go of the past, and hopefully that eases his guilt a little!
And speaking of guilt, it resurfaced again today when Abhay apologized to her for not being able to give her the happiness that he took away from her. Another beautiful scene, the guilt and regret was so apparent in Abhay's eyes, it was truly heartbreaking. But Phulwa was the image of perfection today, her every action was so uplift Abhay's spirits, her confidence and faith that everything will be okay was amazing to see! We're finally seeing our old Phulwa again, who was all about taking action, and she's doing the same thing here, no sitting around and crying or being dramatic. Even though the news shocked her to the core, she was immediately on her feet because she knew Abhay needed her, and that was such a refreshing change to see!
But back to the line again, Phulwa told Abhay the same thing in jail, that she always loses before winning, and that came to be true, so the parallel to this was not only hopeful but also very optimistic and really just the thing Abhay needed to hear. This also erased any doubt from my mind about Dr. Arjun Singh trying to come between their relationship. This kind of bond can not be broken under any circumstances, and the CVs are constantly reinforcing the strength of their relationship. And by putting the sindoor, Abhay has officially tied that last lose end, and now Phulwa has become his in every sense of the world. Loved that they added this before the entry, because with her mangalsutre gone, she definitely needed a mark of being a suhaagan on her and now she has one!
All in all, an amazing episode! It was heartbreaking at various points, but really it was all worth it. I think their relationship moved ahead 10 steps today and they showed in the most beautiful way. The dream sequence was the definition of romantic, but today was basically a reinforcement of the idea of what it means to truly be in love! I have faith in you CVs, at least where PhAb is concerned because honestly you haven't given us a reason to not trust you with them, so please, please keep it that way, and continue giving us these scenes that just goes on to strengthen their bond even more!
