Epi starts with Phulwa asking Thakurian about that fateful night again but Thakurian doesn't reply. Strong wind starts flowing, Phulwa goes to close the window when the picture of Thakurian and Abhays mom flies and lands at Phulwas feet. Before Thakurian can get to it Phulwa takes and sees it. She asks Thakurian about it but again she doesn't reply. Phulwa says that Thakurian knows about the Devpur incident to which Thukarian just stops her gesturing her not to say anything. Phulwa says to herself she won't ask her anything but soon will find about it.
In her room she thinks to herself that she has to tell Abhay about it but then thinks perhaps this is not the right time first she will try ot find out more than tell him. She thinks who can tell her about it than says Thakur.
Downstairs Thakur and co are having breakfast. Phulwa comes there and offers prasad to Thakur but he refuses. He notices that Phulwa is wearing that mangulsatur given to her by nani. He asks her who gave it to her, was it Thakurian. Just then Abhay comes from behind and asks whats happening. And Thakur lies he was just asking Thakurians health as she is not well. Abhay starts to leave to meet her but Phulwa remembering her words stops him saying she is resting now and not to worry as Phulwa is there to take care of her.
Abhay smiles and asks her if she has taken medicine to which Phulwa replies no she will after breakfast. Abhay asks her to sit down with him at the table. Bua gets up saying that wives donot eat with their husbands. Abhay says when they got married they vowed to be with each other in every situation so why now the husband should eat before his wife? He says he is just fulfilling his promises. He again asks Phulwa to sit down but she refuses saying she will eat late, Abhay says fine he will also eat later and taking the tiffin leaves for work. But before going he says to Phulwa take care of yourself. They all glare at them. Phulwa smiles at Abhays concern, Thakur seeing this gets up angry and says don't be too happy as he is still his son and tells her he better not see this mangalsutar on her again or else it won't be good. Phulwa asks why? What is so important about it? Thakur says nothing and leaves.
In Thakurs room Thakur and Bua are talking and Thakur says Abhays nani must have given the necklace to her and in case she told Phulwa something than they are all finished.
In dadis room Phulwa enters and starts to take off the mangalsutar, dadi noticing asks about it. Phulwa tells how she got it and it belongs to Abhays mom and asks about Devpur. Dadi tells her that Abahys mother Shakuntala and her father that is Abhays nana was the lord of Devpur and was a rich man. And Thakurian was a very good friend of Shakuntula. Phulwa asks than from where Thakur came in between. Dadi tells that Devpur votes count a lot in elections and not only that as Shakuntula was the only daughter so she was going to inherit all the property and Thakur knew all these facts well.
Just then Gauri notices Bua standing outsie the door trying to eavesdrop. Phulwa opens the door and she gets caught red handed but makes some up excuse about needing Gauri helps to find the heater. Both Phulwa and Gauri leave with Bua to search it. They find it in the store and Bua leaves but as Phulwa is placing the things back in order she finds an old newspaper with Abhays mom picture on it.
Precap- she asks Gauri to read it and the article says something about Shakuntulas death.
