Epi starts with everyone present in the Thakur house. Abhay asks his Bua that are you sure that Phulwa stole the jewelry. Bua says yes Phulwa had them and never returned so it's clear she is the one who took it. Thakur says something about if you make a theif the guard of a mandir he will still steal. Just then Phulwa enters and asks whats happening. Bua says we know you stole the jewels and we filed a complaint against you.
Phulwa says I don't steal I snatch things as im a dacoit. Then she says but why would I steal as this my house and I have right over things. And the jewels were for the bahu which im so I have right over them and I can do whatever I feel like with them. Bua says today you claiming your right over jewelry next you will be claiming this house yours. Phulwa says so I have legal right over the house as im the daughter in law.
Abhay says no you don't have any right you are just trying to force illegal right over things. Phulwa says because you are illegitimate that's why? Everyone gets shocked while Abhay has a pained and little shocked expression. Phulwa says tell me just because you don't have pure Thakur blood is that the reason your wife doesn't have a right on anything? Abhay gets angry but Thakur stops him.
Phulwa says but nothing can be done now as I have done what I wanted to do with the jewelry. I sold the jewelry and gave the money to the old lady. Bua asks who gave you the right. Dadi comes and says I did as im still the elder one here.
Everyone leaves except for kalbhushan (sorry don't know his name exactly). Phulwa realizes that he is her dever so she tells him to take her ashirward. Bua stops him but he still does. He tries to touch Phulwa feet in a wrong way and Phulwa pulls his ear warning him.
Bua tells his son to remove Abhay from his way and become a star in Thakurs eyes so that he may get all the property. Kalbhushan says yes he will do that but before that he will you show Phulwa who he really is.
Abhay's mom orders to remove everything from Phulwas room leaving just a mat to sleep on. At night Phulwa is trying to sleep but she is feeling cold as there is no blanket so she goes out to get one just when Abhay in a drunken state comes there and calls her name. Phulwa says please leave you are drunk.
Abhay says yes im drunk but when ppl are drunk they can say the truth but today Phulwa you won't be able to hear the truth. He says today im gonna show you the truth and drags her to his room. Phulwa looks at him worried and he says don't worry im not gonna molest you. Abhay says today you said im najaiz and don't have a legal right. Then he points toward something and says see. Phulwa stares at something and epi ends.
Precap- Phulwa and Abhay are standing in the village with ppl gathered around them. Phulwa says after last night I thought you respected women but I was wrong. On one hand father gives pain and on the hand son wearing the police uniform gives fake sympathy. Abhay gets angry.
