What's keeping Angad busy

While Angad Hasija's character as Shankar just ended in Phulwa, he isn't really planning a sabbatical. In fact, he is preparing for a better one. We spoke to the actor on what's keeping him busy at the moment, including mulling over Bollywood.

Explaining the reason behind the break, he says, "The reason that I have taken a break from television is that I am considering better roles this time. I have received few offers roles but I am taking my sweet time to consider them. Hopefully, you will see soon in a better character. I can't tell you much about any of the roles because it's too early to speak. But I am definitely preparing myself for a comeback."

Does that mean we get to see as a brand new him? "Of course, you will also see me in a new avatar. When you see me next, I will be in a whole new look."

He won't mind doing a film in Bollywood too. Bollywood is on his mind as he wants to do some substantial roles in films. But he is patient enough to wait for offers that will help him mark his career on the big screen. "Be it on television or Bollywood, I am looking for challenging and good roles. I would definitely like to do a film if the role is good. I won't mind doing a Punjabi film either if I get a nice offer. In fact, I will be more comfortable doing a Punjabi role as I am fluent in the language," he adds.
