PSH Season 2: Episode 3

MT is trying to rest after lunch. But her mind keeps going back to what Kuhu told them last night/early this morning. The poor child she has been through soo much and only the Lord knows what else she may have to bear. Thank God Vikram is here. She knows he will find a way to resolve this problem. Also Sugni has been soo good with Kuhu. But she is also worried for Vikram and Sugni. Since their wedding its been one thing and another - sorting the business mess, dealing with Vikram's guilt and now this. Things were just getting better. She must not make the mistakes she made in the past of expecting Vikram to deal with everything at the expense of his own life. She feels in her bones that Kuhu's problems are not going to be easy to resolve. She makes a mental note to speak to VIkram and Sugni and remind them both that despite everything else that is going on they must make time for each other.

She is pulled out of revere by the phone. Hello! Aditya. I am fine Beta. How are you and Uma? No No I am fine, Beta just tired. No, No there is nothing wrong with Vikram or Sugni. What are you up to? Aditya , you are not going to let this go, are you? OK Beta you are going to have to know sooner or later so I may as well tell you and Uma. She tells Aditya and Uma Kuhu's story. Yes Adi, Vikram was furious and wanted to kill Digvijay and to tell you the truth I wanted too. But he calmed down and threw Jwala and Digvijay out. Yes like you we are shocked. No there is nothing you can do at present. I am glad you are both OK. Take care of yourself. We will speak soon.

Meanwhile, Kuhu is in her room still not believing how things have turned out. No one said I told you so or that she had bought this on herself. Instead they were hurting for the pain she suffered and angry at Digvijay and Papaji.

Bhaya held her just as tightly as he use to when growing up she used to get scared about something or another and like then he said everything will be OK and like than she believes him.

And Bhabhi, she was soo sweet. Kuhu remembers Sugni (after Ma Sahib and Bhaya had left her room) saying you know I always wanted a sister (I have one but she is too young) who I can share things with - you know clothes, jewellery, hopes , dreams, thoughts, joy and sadness. Why don't we become sisters? And her agreeing. To them going to bed with Sugni hugging her and telling her forget your brother if Dijvijay comes anywhere near you I will smash his head in and remind me to tell you what I did to him.

And Ma Sahib at the dining table at lunchtime saying that in the past there have been too many secrets in this house. That stops today. From today, we will discuss everyday whatever is happening good or bad at the table with everyone giving their opinion and agree a way forward. Bhaya and Bhabhi agreeing and Bhabhi saying I just want to say one thing to you Kuhu - this is your home and no matter what happens, you will always have a home with us.

Next evening sugni went to temple...
her face looks dull...as she could not sleep last night.
tears trickling down her cheeks..
SUGNI (joind her hands) : kal ki raat kitti bhari thi, jo kachu bhi kuhu thaurain k sath hua wo...
hey... sita maiya aapne hmesa hme sahi rsta dikhaya hai,to iss baar bhi aap hi hme shi rsta dikaiye...

bus hm apne pariwaar ko khus dekhna chahte hai, thakur mallk ko khus dekhna chahte hai...
Ab hme hi sab kuchu thik krna hoga, aur hm krenge...
bus sita maiya aap hmesa hmare sath rhena.


Sugni returns to haveli...

Sugni (while making tea) to herself: chal sugni yhi wakht hai apne aap ko ek achi bahu saabit krne ka, ab tujhe hi sabke chehro pe hasi wapas laani hogi... tyaar ho jaa

(sugni knocking the door...): kuhu thaurain... kuhu thrurain dwaja kholiye...

Vickram : Sugni (Stopping her) I think Kuhu is finally asleep ...let her rest, come I want to talk to you.

Lekin ham to unke liye garma garm Adrak wali chai...le ke aye the...
(But i brought hot Ginger tea for her)

Vickram Koie baath nahi, mein peelunga ,
(he takes her hand and goes to the room and sits ona chair, closes his eyes and sighs)
Sugni sun...Samaj mein nahi aaraha hain kya karu...ek baath hain lakin shayad use samjana Muskhil hongi.. tere madat chaiye.
