Payal Uttam means high bohat ziada adhikar means haq right so uttam adhikar means you have right on something which nobody can deny😆
so tum yeh keh rahi thi ke tumhe pareshan ker ne ka mujhe pura haq hia😆
I know that kind of shudh hindi can only hear in mytho or historical serials😃

Yes, I thought that is what it meant. But it was NOT a statement but a question? ie. do you have an absolute right to bug me?

Chalo koye baat nahe, tum hai yeh haq de dete hai !!!!! The only person you will have to fight for that right with is my niece who is a bigger badmash than you😆. But since you are in NY and she is in London you both should be fine.
