I cannot give him 1 minute to explain tiny bit and say no. That makes no sense. he should know by now that he has broken her heart.

Either - I say no before he opens his mouth and he calls again and she says yes or we leave it as it is but please see that she has agreed but has made a very big point to him about the difference between them.

I promise you tomorrow after their talk he will not have doubt about how it feels to be discarded/hurt, how devastated she is and what an uphill battle he has on his hands to bring her back in his life.
