TVS has told her that his marriage to Reva was over a very long time ago and he will divorce her so that can they can get married and live their life happily. Generally men deal with issues/problems in a practical way. Hence his practical answer to their problem.
Sugni unfortunately has not been able to clearly articulate to him that as a Bedni she and her caste are already considered home rackers and if he divorces Reva and marries her than she will be called a home racker and she does not want that stigma. Women are generally more emotional so instead she keeps saying things like "mein apna pyaar krubaan kardugi" "mein apni kusshi ka liya kisi ka ghar na todugi".
I think he does not understand why she is obessed with marriage when he considers it to be over.
In ideal world these two need to be locked in a room to talk. He will shout at her, she will scream at him but once they have got all that pent up frustration out of the way they will able to talk to each other calmly make each other understand their point view. They may not agree but will understand. Only then they can move forward. We all know thats never going to happen so this is just going to go on until we are bored stiff.

Payal you are so right...To Vickram the solution to his problem is the divorce. The big problem I am havng with that is Adi, because Adi was witness to Reva's violent side and he understood the depth of Vickram's feelings , yet he decided to stobbornly, or what he terms selflessly , stand in the way!! So where you are saying Vickram solution to the problem was a logical practical one, Adi's solutions was an emotionally based one??? What about the phrase "Blood is thicker than water"?? Vickrams feelings ment nothing to him.
As for Sugni...she needs to set her prorities right!. She is confused because in not breaking one unhappy home, she is ruining everything else in her life!...I would love to see a real showdown between Vickram and Sugni with the shouting , crying accusations but I agree with yoiu they might not give us that!

Most of the time she does not have any rational answers for Vicky's questions.
When she could not find answer she start counterblame.
Any man can go mad.
I hope the way Vik said " my foot" should tell sugni "go to gutter".

Sugni has no answer for Vickram because I am sure if she thinks about what he said it will all make sense to her and she dose not whant that. It is alughable when she told him by the pond , he forgot the meaning of love...she forgot he was the one who thought her what love was! lol

Some make call it youth, immaturity, teenage years! We all went through it, where we acted befor we thought it through!. Vickram being the mature of the two is able to see the foolishness of her actions, and he understands it . But sometimes I think she goes pushing to far and his patience starts running thin...
His love for her is feeding on her arrogance and somewhere along the line her ego is saying "I wonder how far I can push him befor he breaks!" It just might backfire on her one day if she is nt careful because Vickram maybe in love with her but he is no body's fool and there is only so much he will take before he strightens her out

Vinnie, don't be confused. Varun has already explained, it is apparent that he wants to play another antagonist amongst all the other negative role players, (unfortunately, probably the most evil of them all). Read his response here:

I remember reading that and also somewhere else where he said he wanted Vickram to get his heart broken, as only then we would get to see what he is made of... Well I guess he got his wish...and seeing what Vickram is made of has some how made us the audience fall in love with him even more!

I know I will get grief for saying this but I actually like this TVS better - a little rough around the edges.
When he arrived he was strong, calm, sarcastic, principled but shrewd in his business dealings and a gentleman.
When it came to Sugni he was gallant, kind, patient, considerate and fiercely protective ie a gentleman. But that has made Sugni take him for granted in that whatever she says/does he will tolarate it.
When he begged, pleaded, cajoled, lost his head and took her gun point she reacted by becoming more and more stubborn.
So him now being being sarcastic, shouting at her, might make her stop and think a little.
When he sacarstically said about Ratha Yatra for Adi you could see her thinking.
And again he tried his normal reasoning with her when she could not walk but then he just lifted her up and said "jo kaha wo mana karo". She was struggling but when he walked into the havali with her she was calm and there was not one bit of the usual angry stares.
Whatever happens to them it would be good for her to realise that she can only push him soo far.
