I was thinking that the child doesn't have to be Vikram's. She seems to be between the ages of 5 to 9 years old. Vikram said his wife passed away just one year ago. So if she was pregnant then his family would have known about it right?
But then there is the promo with Gulabiya finding a woman behind a wall. That just complicates things more.
