What an awesome episode tonight! Meher invites Abeer to her engagement, it is her way of proving nothing is left between them and she is moving forward with her life. Meher says one thing but her actions tell an entirely different story.
Loved the scene where Abeer tells Meher how beautiful she is looking, just like a pearl 😉
Bua, this woman is too much! I felt so bad for Abeer when she was insulting him so bitterly. I have much respect for Abeer for keeping his cool, because I would not have faulted him at all had he snapped at Bua.
Suman, this is one of the best written characters I have ever watched. Suman is loving, sensible and understanding and much of what she told Meher was on point. Fate is what brought Meher and Abeer together before and in the present and Meher cannot be more wrong about Abeer not having any importance in the life of their son, something that was proven in this episode.
Abeer handled Akshat beautifully while congratulating him for his "victory," Abeer said it right this is just the engagement, no wedding has happened yet nor will one take place. I love the calm, cool and confident Abeer.
Suman and Tunnu, I loved their reactions while the engagement got underway. Suman nor Tunnu could look Abeer in the eye, it was as if this pained them as much as it pained Abeer who thankfully did not stick around to watch the exchange of rings.
Ishaan, bless him had it not been for his disappearing act Akshat would have slipped the ring onto Meher's finger. We are getting more foreshadowing about the truth coming out soon about Ishaan's paternity, as both Abeer and Ishaan had allergic reactions to the juices served at the party, a reaction that is hereditary. Meher can try all she wants to run from the truth but its going to come out especially if the precap is any indication. Ishaan singing Abeer's Mere Nishaan - PRICELESS 👏
