I said this elsewhere-- but I think past Meher is harder to play because its someone who is emotional but also can't afford to be-- there is a lot of shades there. So yeah Asmi needs to bring out those shades more.

But I also think this was a directors problem--- basically since the introduction of tayji -- the show went from being subtle to over the top--- its like they were trying to be blatantly obvious to bring in the trp aunties. All the actors were going overboard. There are a few scenes of Pearl-- where I was like chill out dude-- like that scene where he goes back to his room after the consummation. I think the show runners probably pushed Asmi to act more overboard in the emotional scenes... because all the trp aunties need their dose of bechari bahus.😆

ya may be directors problem too but a good actor able to do all .atleast she has to do convincing act.tayji actor also not convincing n even pearl too.even kuber actor n madhaviji,suman,bua actors also ve to do over board acting but they done their part ve to say as actors.just my pov.
