The mandap was beautifully setup. The house was awesomely decorated with lights and flowers all over. It was a beautiful sight to watch. The house looked like a palace tonight!. ANd why not it was the wedding of the daughter of the Purohits. Their little princess was going to get married.
The groom had already arrived. He was sitting in the mandap. His face was covered by a sehra. He looked amazing with his superb physique.
Everyone was waiting for the bride now.
And finally the moment arrived. She was descending from the stairs like an angel accompanied by her sister. Her face was covered with veil. But one could easily tell that she was a pure beauty. Her hands were covered with beautiful mehendi.
The groom saw her coming down. He sighed. And turned away his face.
Gradually all rituals were done and they were finally married.
And Now she was Mrs. Meher Abeer Malhotra, wife of Abeer Malhotra.
Aaj ke zamane ke liye ye shayad bohot hi ajeeb cheez thi par Meher aur Abeer ne kabhi aaj tak ek dusre ko dekha bhi nahi tha. Naahi aaj tak kabhi baat ki thi.
Dono ke apne alag reasons the iss shaadi ke liye.
Meher ne ye shaadi uske parents ke liye ki thi. Use wishwas tha apne maa-paa par ke vo jo bhi uske liye sochege vo sahi hi hoga. Unki khushi me hi uski bhi khushi tthi.
Vahin Dusri taraf Abeer ko shaadi ke liye force kiya gya tha. Vo yeh shaadi nahi karna chahta tha infact vo to shaadi karna hi nahi chahta tha. Haan uske parents ne uski shaadi zabardasti karayi thi use emotionally blackmail karke.
Ek taraf jahan Meher sapne bun rhi thi apni nayi zindgagi ke liye vahin dusri taraf shayad Abeer kuch hi der me uske saare sapne todne wala tha.
5 HOURS LATER
Malhotra Mansion:
After all the rituals and games.. Nikita, Abeer's sister escorted Meher to her room.
The room was decorated beautifully. there were candles everywhere, the bed was decrated with flowers, The decor of the room was awesome. Meher just loved the room. Jaise uski pasand se hi bnaya gya ho.
"Beautiful" she said.
"Yeh meri hi pasand hai bhabzz" nikita replied to which she smiled
"Waise ye room zyada din tak aisa nhi rehne wala, Bhai bohot messy hai" she giggled.
"Ab main aa gai hu naa..Sab kuch dekh lungi"Meher replied.
"Accha chalo main bhai ko bhejti hu, nahi to aap dono faltu me hi mujhe curse karoge kabab me haddi ban ne ke liye" nikki said.
2 HOURS LATER:
Abeer had still not come. Meher was sitting on the bed. She was confused for why Abeer was not here till now. She was feeling very uneasy and tired too.
Then the door opened and Abeer entered. She straighened herself on seeing someone come in. He saw her sitting on the bed. His fingers passed though his hair in frustration thinking what has happened in his life. He went upto her and sat on the bed away from her and said calmly
Ab: Dekho, jaisa tum soch Nisi ho vaisa nahi ho sakta.
Meh:(confused) Ji, main kuch samjhi nahi.
Ab:maine ye shaadi apni marzi se nahi ki.
Meh: Yeh.. yeh aap kya keh rhe hai.. ma.. main
Ab:(he was trying hard to control his anger) I cant accept you.. Main tumhare sath nahi reh sakta.
Meh: (on verge of crying) par kyu?? kya galti ki hai maine..
Ab:(angrily) Tumhe ek baar me samajh nahi aata kya. I was forced to this marriage. Muje meri family ne blackmail kiya tha ki agar maiine tumse shaadi nhi ki to meri saari property mujse chhin jaegi.
Meh:(almost crying) to ab kya chahte hai aap mujhse??
Ab(took a long breath) chali jao yaha se.. ABhi issi waqt...
Meh: Ye.. ye aap kya keh rhe hai.. Main.. kaha jau.. meri shaadi hui h aapse.. muje ek reason to dijiye aap kyu kar rhe h aisa...
Ab:(angrily) Tumhe samajh nhi aata.. Main to tumhara naam bhi nahi janta.. tumhare sath puri zindagi kaise bitauga... I hate u.. i hate u so much.. kya ye reason kafi nahi tumhare yaha se jaane ka..
Meh:(crying) par main kaha.. main kaha jaugi.. aap...
He holds her hand and make her stand..
Ab: Oh!! cut dat crap out!! I dont care tum kahi bhi jao.. but plzz chali jaao.. i beg of u.. Yeh back door ki keys hai...
she was just crying!!
Ab:(irritated) Ye lo.. paisa chahiye naa tumhe ye lo (giving her some jewellery, and some cards).. ye sab tumhara hai.. bs mujhe azzad kardo..

5 YEARS LATER:
LONDON:
We see a guy coming out of the london airport. He looks here and there and then dials a number.
"Oye, kahan hai tu, itni der se wait kar rha, ek to apni shaadi se 2 hafte pehle bta rha hai.. ki shaadi kar rha hai.. upar se ab muje lene bhi nahi aaya abhi tak, hadd hoti h yar" he complained.
"Ohh nautanki!! Chup kar, aa to rh ahu.. bas raste me hu.. pohonchne wala hu bs" the guy on the other side said.
"Haan haan, ab mai to nautanki hi laguga naa.. ab to tujhe nya life partner mil gya.. ab mujse.. yani tere purane partner ka kya kaam" he joked
"Abeer tu na pitega mujse" the guy smiled.
"Haan haan ab ye best friend to pitne ke layak hi reh gya hai.. Baatein chupaye aap aur fir bhi dhmki mujhe.. kya zamana aa gya hai" Abeer giggled.
"TU kabhi nahi sudherega"
He stops the car. And waves to his frnd who is waiting for him.. He goes to him and hugs him.
"Kaisa hai Nissar, missed u buddy" Abeer said.
"I missed u too.. Sry tujhe pehle nhi btaya.. contact ho hi nahi paya.." Nissar replied
"Oye, bas bas.. ab royega kya "
Nissar looks Abeer wierdly and then both laugh togethr..
"Nautanki kahin ka, Chal ghar chalte hai"
NEXT DAY :
Ab: Oye, Nissar main jogging ke liye jaa raha hu yr.
Nis: haan, but jaldi wapas aajana... kuch help chahiye teri mujhe...
Ab:Ok!!
IN A PARK NEARBY:
A little girl of nearly 5 yrs was playing in the basketball field. She was trying to play wid the basketball but dat was too big for her to handle. She pouted.
Abeer watched her and chuckled at her expression. He went forward to help her but then a lady comes in jogging.. The little girl runs towards her. Abeer smiles and picks up the ball she left behind and starts playing wid it.
While the girl is talking to the lady..
Girl;(pouts) Mom, kinni der lagadi apne jogging me.. Mai kabse aapka wait kar rhi hu...
Lady: Aww.. mela baby.. sorryy..thoda sa late ho gai mumma..
Girl: Mumma, aap to kinna acha bb khelti ho, meko bhi sikha do naa... Meli ball mujse khelti hi nahi.. vo bohot big hai..
Lady: Haww.. tumhari ball tumhare sath nahi khelti.. Chalo aaj mumma aapko na ek chhotu si ball laa kar degi.. ok??
Girl:(excited) Otay mumma!!
Lady: Chale ab?? (She nods)...
Lady picks her up in her arms and they start to leave...The girl looks around for her ball and sees Abeer playing with it. His back was facing them.
Girl: Mumma, ek min.. dekho vo LAKDA meri ball se khel rha hai...
The lady looks and they start moving towards him to take the ball back.
Lady: Pari, lakda nahi.. LADKA.. aur vo kitne bade hai naa tumse.. to apne inhe ...
Abeer turns and sits down to the level of the little girl.
Ab:(smiling cutely) To aap mujhe handsome bula sakti ho.. (he winks at her) haina???
Pari smiles.. The lady narrowed her eyes to look at Abeer.. He was sitting on his knees.. And his hair were coming on his face.
Lady: Abeer Malhotra??
Abeer was confused to hear his name in this strange city and he looked up to her.. and smiled.. He ruffled Pari's hair and got up..
Ab: Meher Akdu Purohit!! TUM YAHA?
Meh: Hey!! What a pleasant surprize Abeer.. its been around..
Ab(cuts her): 8 yrs since we have met!! Kaha thi tum?/ Clg chhod ke chali gai?? Muje chhod ke chali gai??? Apne best Frnd ko bhi nahi btaya ki jaa rhi ho?? Kabhi contact nhi kiya muje??? AUr tum yaha kaise??? And OMG.. ye tumhari beti hai??? Matlab tumhari shadi ho gai?? Arre kuch bol kyu nahi rhi??? AUr yeh tumhe kya ho gya hai??? Vo clg ki jhalli innocent si Akdu se tum to sexy mom ban gai!!!
He said all this in one go..
Meh: Abeeerrr!! Relaxx.. btati hu..sab btati.. ruko tum..
And suddenly her alarm rings..
Abeer laughs.
Ab: Is alarm ne abhi tak tumhara peecha nhi chhoda!!
Meh:I'm so sorry Abeer.. mujhe janna hoga.. Office u knw.. I hope u understand!! (smiles) Waise tum ho na yaha abhi??
Ab:Hmm..haan 2 weeks im here only.. Mere frnd ki shaadi hai.. usi ke liye aaya hu...
Meh;Oh!! Grt!! then see u soon!! bye!! (She turns to go)
Ab: Oye, Akdu!!(Gives her the ball which she catches perfectly) ahhan!! meri bb champion.
Meher justs laughs a little..
Ab: (to pari) gudbye!! my li'l angell!! Naam to btao apna??
Pari : PARI..
Ab: aww.. such a cute name.. just like u.. bye pari!! (kisses her cheek)
Meh: Bye Abeer!!
Ab: Oye, apna number to deti jaaoo..
They exchange their numbers and take a leave.
IN THE EVENING:
Nissar's House:
Ab: No ways.. M tere sath shopping nahi jaa rha...
Nis: Abeer.. plzz na... tu to mera bhai h na.. meri help kon karega tere siwae..
Ab: ladki nhi hu.. jo tere sath shopping karta firu..
Nis: Fine!! Sasha bhi aa rhi hai.. Use tujse milna hai.. aur agar tu nhai chala to vo mujhe shaadi se pehle hi maar daalegi..

IN THE MALL:
Nissar and Abeer enter and spot Sasha.
Nissar hugs Sasha.

Meher glares at him and he shuts up..

Meh: And aaj subah hi mile the... after 8 yrs... (to Abeer) to Nissar ki shaadi ke liye aaye ho?

Days pass like this.. they 4 meet almost everyday for various preparations of the marriage. the 4 shared a great bond!!! Even Abeer was now attached to pari..
One day.. they were just talking about dinner...

Nissar, Sasha and Meher's face went down.
Ab: Oye kya hua teeno ko.. Nhi milvana to mat milva naa.. kha thodi jauga use...
Meh: Vo.. Abeer.. vo.. hum.. i mean.. vo.. WE are not together anymore... Main abhi aati hu.. Pari ko dekhti hu.. so gayi kya vo... (She ignored the topic and went to her room).
Tears rolled down her eyes. Abeer was feeling very bad for making hr sad. He went after her. She went up to the stairs and was crying silently.
"I m really sorry Meher.. serioussly mujhe bilkul idea nahi tha.. i mean.. i.. i m sorry.. m tumhe hurt nahi karna chahta" he said very seriously.
"Tumhari galti nhi h Abeer, tum kyu sorry bol rhe ho, jab meri hi life aisi h to koi kya kar sakta hai" she said trying to compose herself.
"Aisa nahi h Meher, maybe he didnt deserve u, that idiot, vo aisa kaise..." he said with a little anger and Meher cut him.
"Koi insaan bura nahin hota Abeer. Kabhi kabhi life me aisi situations hoti hai jinhe hum handle nahi kar pate. Nahi jaante konsa raasta sahi h konsa galat. Kuch aise mod aate hai zindagi me jo hume bura bana deta hai.. Hum nahi samajh pate ki jo kiya vo shyad kisi aur ko tod sakta hai.. Par aakhir hai to hum insaan hi.. aur galti karna to nature hai humari.( she laughs a little)
Kuch log hote hai jo apni galti sudharna chahte hai.. par unhe kabhi mauka hi nahi milta.. To kabhi bhi kisi insaan ke baare me galat view nahi bnana chahiye, kya pata kab vo insaan kab tumhari zindagi badal de "
"Tum paagal ho Meher" he said smiling in his tears..
"Shayad" she replied
"tum us insaan se abhi bhi umeed rakhti ho" he asked.
"Nahi.. but shayd uske liye kuch bura nahi chahti" she said gulping her tears
"Usne Pari ke baare me.." he was saying but Meher cut her...
"Chalo Abeer.. bohot late ho gya hai.., we should go.. Nissar and Sasha wait kar rhe honge.." she said ignoring his words..
He went forward and hugged her. She hugged him back tightly.. And cried..
"sshhh, meri shirt mat khrab karo apne aansu se" He said jokingly to calm her down.
"Abeer!!" and she hit him lightly.. with a smile on her face.
"Now, dats like my Akdu" he smiled too...
They went down. Then all 3 bid goodbye to Meher.

In The car :
Ab: I still cant believe yr!! Meher ke sath ye sab.
Nis:Yr ab koi kya kar skta hai.. She is very happy with her life.. really!!
Sash:Bohot saha h usne..Hope uski liffe me bhi koi aaye.. jo uske sare dard dur le jaaye!!
Ab: And that man.. apni beti ke baare me bhi nhi socha usne.. kitni chhoti bachi h vo...
Sash: Nahi.. Abeer.. vo pari naa..
Nis: (angry) Sasha yr!! tujse chup nhi rha jaata kya.. tu na...

Sash:(looks at Nissar wid a sorry look) Vo Abeer pari Meher ki beti nhai hai.. vo Meher ki sister ki beti hai... 4 saal pehle.. ek accident me uski behen aur uske jeeju.. nahi rhe.. jabse Meher ne pari ko apni beti ki tarah hi paala hai...
Ab: I m sorry.. muje nahi puchna chahiye tha..
Nis: Its ok Abeer!! Ho sake to Meher se is baare me baat mat karna...

Days pass.. And its only 2 days left for the marriage..But something was unusual..
The flirt Abeer was no more flirting around. He just roamed around one girl.. The girl he respected.. The girl who he was proud of.. The girl who handles all her problems one-handedly. The girl who was so pure. The girl who loved evryone.. The girl HE LOVED..

Abeer had called Meher in the bb court.

Ab: kuch kehne tha tumse..
Meh:Haan jaldi kaho.. mujhe late ho rh hai.. mehendi ki rasam h aaj.. mujhe mehendi bhi to lagvani h naa..
Ab: Vo Meher.. actually.. vo..
Meh: Haan bolo naa.. kya hua?
He came closer to her.. and bend on his knees..
Ab: I love u Meher!! Will u marry me???
Meh:(shocked) Abeer ye tum kya.. kya keh rhe ho.. jante ho na tumm... meri..
Ab: Janta hu.. tumhari shadi ho chuki hai.. ye bhi jaanta hu tumhari ek beti bhi hai.. Aur yeh bhi janta hu ke bohot pyar karta hu tumse.. khudse bhi zyada...
Meh:(still shocked) Par...
Ab: Shhh! (And he came more close to her) Tum mujhe bs ye btao ki tum mujse pyar karti ho ya nahi...
She just closes her eyes and tears flow down her cheeks.. He wipes her tears and cups her face..
"Bolo naa Akdu" he asks again and she nods her head in a yes...
"Maine to tumse hmesha se pyar kiya hai, tumne kkabhi pucha hi nahi" she said with tears.
"Idiot!! Khud nahi bta sakti thi kya.. M to paagal hu.. mujhe kya pata" he scolds her while smiling..
"Hadd h yr!! Ab sorry bhi nahi bol rahi mmuje" he said again and she chuckles.
"I love u Abeer..." she said and he hugs her tight.
She hugs her back with an equal passion..
"i love u too" he whispers... still hugging her and kiss her hair.
And then suddenly his face becomes serious.. He comes out of the hug still holding her by her waist..
"Meher" he said softly
"Hmmm"
"Ek baat hai mere baare me jo tum nahi jaanti.. infact Nissar bhi nhi janta"
"Haan bolo kya" she says cupping his face...
"Meher vo.. 5 saal pehle.. i.. i.. was married to a girl.. Main.. main us se shaadi nhi karna chahta tha.. par meri family ne mujhe force kiya...aur.. aur maine use hmari marriage ki raat hi apni zindagi se nikal diya..i swear mera us se kabhi koi relation nahi tha... main... "
He said this much and Meher freed herself from his hold.. Tears were falling from her eyes... She backed away from him... Leaving his hand...
"Meher suno"... He tried to stop her by holding her hand again.
But this time she slapped him hard on his face... Tears were continuously flowing from her eyes.. He too was crying..
"Meher!!" he again held her by her waist...
"Dont!! dont u dare touch me Abeer!! Dont u dare" she said.. And ran away releasing herself from his hold.. Crying hysterically... He tries too follow her but goes away.. He falls on his knees.. And cries... Not even knowing the reason of her departure.

At Sasha's house:
Meher enters crying. Sasha asks her wat happened.. She says ki koi bhi mujhse milne aaye ya mere liye koi phone aaye.. splly Abeer ka to use disturb naa kare...
She locks herself in the room.. And slids down to the floor crying.
"Kyu Abeer kyu, kyu kiya tumne mere sath aisa, kyu"
She sleeps while crying.

NEXT MORNING: THE MARRIAGE DAY
Abeer enters the house all pale and worn out.It could clearly be seen he has been crying all night.. Nissar sees her like this and takes him to his room.
Nis: kya hua yar!!?? tu aise?? Kaha tha puri raat? kitni baar fone try kiya tujhe.. Meher ko bhi kiya.. Sasha ne kaha vo baat nhi karna chahti kisi se.. Bol na yr!!! Kya kaha Meher ne??
Abeer looked at Nissar and fresh tears flowed from his eyes.. He immediately hugged Nissar. He badly needed someone. And Nissar was the one he always knew was there for him. Nissar hugged him back and tried to console him.
Nis: kya hua bhai.. bta na?? usne kya kaha yar??
Abeer didnt say anything.. He was still hugging him. Nissar understood that Meher hasnt accepted him.
Nis: Yar Meher ne apni life me bohot up and downs dekhe hai.. bohot kuch saha hai usne.. Such an angel didnt deserve all this.. Shayad use thoda waqt lage sambhalne me.. lekin vo tera pyar zarur samjhegi.. Jaanta hai.. jab uski shaadi hui.. vo tut gai thi andar se.. Par fir uski life me Pari aai.. aur usne apne aap ko sambhala.. Sirf us nanhi si jaan ke liye.. Zindagi se haar gai thi vo to usi din.. JAB USKI SHAADI KE DIN HI USKE PATI NE USE DISOWN KAR DIYA THA... USE APNI LIFE SE NIKAL KE FEK DIYA THA... shayab firse bharosa karne me use time lgae...
Nissar said that and Abeer was shocked beyond limits.. Now he understood why Meher slapped him.. he was her culprit.. Vo hi tha jisne uski zindagi barbaad kadi di thi... Uske saare dukho ka kaaran tha vo.. uski wajah se aaj vo is halat e thi.. Jis insaan ko vo itne dino se curse kar rha tha... Vo khud vo insaan tha..
Nafrat ho rahi thi use apne aap se... Kaise usne bina kuch soche samjhe ek ladki ki zindagi barbaad kar di thi.. Kaise kisi ke saare sapne tod diye the.. Kitna khudgarzz tha vo.. Usne to bas hmesha apne hi baare me socha!! He hated himself. But he decided that he wont let Meher to be like this anymore!! He wiped his tears and said..
"Dekhio Nissar, main sab theek kar dunga.. Ab kabhi meri Meher ke ankho me aansu nahi aaege"
"I m sure u will" Nissar assured him and he smiled a little.

NIGHT:
Meher was totally ignoring Abeer. And Abeer just thought he desrved it.
The final pheras were going on and finally.. Nissar and Sasha were now married.
Then suddenly the lights went off and a spotlight appeared.
It was Abeer. He was having a mike in his hand!. Then the lights came back.. Meher saw him.. and automatically tears started falling from her eyes. She turned to leave.
" Meher" Abeer called out in the softest loving voice.
Unknowing her feet froze.. She didnt wanted to stop, but she didnt knw why she wasn't able to move. She turned back and came face to face wid Abeer.
"Ek baar meri baat sunogi na Meher" he said in the same voice!
She didnt say anything.
"I am sorry for everything meher, i am really sorry!! Mujhe to ehsaas bhi nhi tha ke main itna bura hu.. Kisi ki life barbaad kardi maine sirf apni zidd ke liye, Kabhi nhi socha tumhare baare me. Hamesha bs apne liye hi jeeta raha main" he continued.
All of them including Nissar and Sasha were confused. But Meher understood what he was talking about. She just lowered her eyes avoiding his gaze on her.
"Kya ek chance nahi de sakti apne Abeer ko, Tum mana karogi naa.. i promise kabhi tumhe pareshan nahi karuga... But m jaanta hu tumhara dil bohot bada hai.. tum mujh jaise stupid , idiot , moron ko bhi maaf kar dogi.. haina???"
Tears were continously flowing from her eyes but she didnt say anything.
"Manta hu bohot bura hu main.. bohot dard diya hai tumhe.. HUm nahi samajh pate ki jo kiya vo shyad kisi aur ko tod sakta hai.. Par aakhir hai to hum insaan hi.. aur galti karna to nature hai humari.( he laughs a little)

She smiled in her tears listening to dis..and gave him a tum-kabhi-nahi-sudheroge wala-look. he smiled too.. He came closer to her and wiped her tears. Then he went down on his knees.. And opened his Arms.. And looked straight into her eyes.
"To aaj apna mauka maang rha hu main Meher!! kya mujhe mera mauka dogi ???" he asked.
She nodded her head in a yes. and smiled at him. Tears formed in Abeer's eyes. She too went on her knees aand cupped his face wiping his tears.
"Tumhe Mauke ki zarurat nahi.. Haq hai tumhara mujhpr " she said smiling in her tears.
They both joined their foreheads and both were crying for this happiness in their life.. And then both of them hugged each-other.
Abeer opened his arms for pari and she hugged him. He took her in his arms and again went to Meher..
"So Ms. Meher Akdu Purohit will u become Mrs. Meher Abeer Malhotra... again???" he said taking out a ring fron his pocket!!
She forwaded her hand and he slid the ring on her finger. And kissed her hand lightly. Everyone claped and then shared a lovely hug. and promised to be like this forever.
SO thIs WAS A NEW START FOR AN INCOMPLTE STORY. A story which Meher wanted to complete. The story which Abeer always ran away from. But it is said.. no story is ever incomplete.. it is just dat it waits for a PERFECT time to be complete!!
