Meher cannot make the child point of contention between her and Abeer. Abeer has the right on child and the child needs father's love. If she had hidden the child because Abeer can have the right on child her character is completely lost. And I can never watch a show where the heart is not in the right place whatever other things they give.
@madhu whether it is before or after matter remains the same that Suman knows the impatient nature of Mehbeer. It is not the current fight that has led to problems, she has seen enough fights between them.
I feel a miscarriage has happened and Abeer couldn't take it. He put the blame on Meher and ran away. When Meher herself was reeling under the loss the person who should have been by her side just ran away. That might have made her emotion less to take the drastic step.
A miscarriage is a very emotionally draining thing for a woman. Even it happens natural many woman feel they didn't do enough to protect the child. And in the emotionally vulnerable moment it is the husband who should support her, tell her it is not her fault. But if the husband puts the blame of miscarriage on the wife , it can emotionally break her and add to it if he runs away the woman feel used, useless and good for nothing.
For me the rage of Meher makes perfect sense if this is the scenario than the hidden child and nonsense.

Shruti there's no need to think about quitting. I'm Sure meher has an iron clad reason for hiding the kid from abeer, which are definitely not ego issues.
KM is not what he appears to be.U could feel that in their exchange of looks in the police station. There's something more to the story.(don't want a sadistic miscarriage track for meher unless it paves way for mehbeer reunion. )

Suman I am not sure , may be Meher is topping her and at the same time I ap dnt want cv's to show Meher like that.

Actually I am imagining so much these days , that I Even imagined pinky Bhai and rockstar dosti 😆

I have to admit I just took that scene at face value. Abeer and Meher's mom could tell that the aunties really wanted to listen to Abeer sing and were using the kid as an excuse. I think Suman's expression was related to the fact that she knew Abeer couldn't refuse if they were putting a kid in front otherwise he looks like a jerk.

I feel the same way. I don't have a problem with a hidden child track in theory but the way they have written this story I don't think it would make sense without destroying Meher's character. If this reason for continuing to hide a child from Abeer was so rock solid (for eg her child's life was in danger from KM) then I can't see her risking coming back into Abeer's life for a job?

The problem is if Meher is hiding a child, her rage at Abeer has very little justification. How could she be angry at Abeer when she knows she is keeping something so important from him?
