• Rules are simple; follow the I-F Code of Conduct and absolutely no bashing will be entertained. The topics don't need to be restricted since it is a chat club. Plus, from what I've seen the topics always somehow come back to the show. So there doesn't have to be any penalties or anything
• I don't think we need a Members List per se since anyone is free to come and go as they please. If anything we can have a list for the Admins of the Thread so that people know who to contact if they have any questions about it.
• Description is a must so that people know exactly what the thread is about and what they can and cannot do
• I don't want it to be restricted to just Meher/Abeer. It should be all inclusive for all the characters of the show. There are ATs specifically designed for just Asmita, just Pearl, Abeer, Meher and even both. If they want to talk specifically about them they can go there. This thread should be for anyone and everyone.

But that's how I had visioned this thread to be. Since you have more experience with these things, you can add whatever you want to make it more organized.
