Thanks a lot for your help. but i m sad again, because i checked the reviews of SweetIM. some of them say its very good, while some of them say, its spyware, it doesnt work on IE, its not deletable from your system etc 😭

will i be ever able to find a smiley central that i can trust?

I use it on IE. I've never had a problem. I did uninstall it in the past from the Control panel 'Add, remove programs'. Never had a problem. But yes, please use it at your own discretion. Only you know your system well. Now I use an uninstaller to uninstall programs and they clean away all remnants of any removed program..including registry enries.

gr8............ now i can think of taking the risk then......... i hope my husband wont mind. he will kill me if it has some spyware.
