Popular TV star Rithvik Dhanjani has always remained one personality that people can't get enough of. The actor-presenter has now hinted that a film will be announced soon.

"There will be a film announcement soon. This year, I will be acting a lot. I never plan for things in my career. I choose projects that I like, be it hosting or acting, said Dhanjani, according to Pinkvilla.

Dhanjani was said to be featuring in Ekta Kapoor's XXX' a few years ago but the film didn't ever happen. On this, the actor revealed, "Some things work out and others don't. That doesn't take anything away from me. I am doing a lot of interesting projects on the non-fiction sphere on television. I will keep doing that. I am always making a conscious effort to change the direction of my career. I have always experimented with new formats of non-fiction shows on TV, and I think I am probably the only host who has been part of so many diverse reality shows in India. Everyone works according to their ideologies and I don't worry about the conventional thinking of people who might peg me in a different light.

Dhanjani currently hosts India's Next Superstars' on Star Plus.
