Just a guess, I think its the surprise which Rithvik was planing but did not work out in the end. Remember in one of Asha's Birthday Segments, I forgot if it was IF or TB, Rithvik had mentioned he was planning something but it did not work out and Asha too found out what he was trying to plan.

ya may be , he was saying he in TB seg tht he had planned a surprise..also may be a vacation ..remember Asha had mentioned in #MMhangout she wanted a vacation bt Rithvik ka diet.. just remembered now..
