What will finally cause Rushali to spill the beans on Ashi's parentage?
I think what will happen is that once Naren falls for Ankita and wants her back, Ankita may be hesitant or reject him. Rushali of course has been seeing her son in unhappy marriage with Pari. She knows how much Ankita loved him and under what circumstances she left. Therefore, to convince Ankita to reunite with Naren, she may confess that the child is actually hers and that Naren/Ankita should reunite for the sake of their child.
Maybe Rushali will feel guilty for all the things she has done and accept going to jail as long as Naren gets remarried to Ankita.
