There is indeed a possibility that he could be Arvi's son... But remembering the false labor Purvi got after knowing about Pia's parentage and then no one ever mentioning about Arvi's second child ever since, I guess Purvi DID indeed suffered a miscarriage. Hence I would say this option, although not impossible, is a little improbable..
Rohan could indeed be Arman's adopted grandchild... But The question is why would they??? Besides the way Nina talked about Gaurav and Pusthi being Arman's grandchildren like everyone else including Rohan and hence having equal shares in Manav's property, I don't think Rohan could be an adopted grandchild... If he were, Nina would not have considered him to be in any way eligible to have a share in Arman's property..
My take is Rohan COULD be Teju's child... We have just seen her in her parent's home... But the story post the latest leap had not given clear indications about Teju in those 20 years. She could have got married in those 20 years, her husband could have died or they could have divorced...
Whoever this chap is, I would want him to be a brother figure to Pari--someone who can be her strength... Introducing Rohan as Pari or even Ankita's romantic interest would just make things murkier.. Besides Shekhar is already there...
