Not really sure with what they wanted to show, but Naren did check the name "Pari Deshmukh" in the hospital computer and went to her room to look for his Ahaana.
Was it a blooper or did he have an idea that Pari is in fact Ahaana. May be after the accident he forgot this or something else

No it wasnt a blooper but Naren did know that Shekhar was getting married to 'Pari Deshmukh' hence he checked her name in the hospital system as he knew the bride(Pari) was Ahaana
