At the engagement hall

Everyone is at the engagement hall. Teju is making an announcement about the engagement and giving best wishes and blessings to the new couple. Teju announces that she has a performance for the new couple and says today is their sangeet so obviously something special is going to happen, right? I want Prashant, Mansi, Pia, Pushti, Pranav and Sonu to come to the stage. All of them come to the stage and start dancing to the song, Iski Uski. Everyone enjoys their performance. Pari remembers when she saw Naren and Ankita hugging, she looks upset. Shekhar says to Pari, Pari, you know what, you are very lucky, you have such a lovely family. Pari thinks to herself, I'm getting married for their sake, I want to see everyone happy like this. After the dance, everyone claps. They get off the stage and Teju says our next performer will be our actor ajoba! Everyone cheers for Damodar as he walks up to the stage. Damodar gets the microphone and says today is the sangeet program for Pari's wedding so I am going to tell you 2 interesting things about marriage. A marriage is done in 2 ways, one was Manav and Archana's, a love marriage, and the other one, mine(Damodar) and my Savita's marriage, a quarreling marriage. Damodar talks about how he regrets marrying and I have become useless by marrying you. Savita gets angry and says you are reciting poetry, now I will also come up to the stage! Savita walks up and starts reciting poetry about how Damodar goes to the bar and drinks alcohol and gets hit. Everyone laughs, Damodar and Savita start talking at once. Teju has to step in to break the fight, she makes Savita and Damodar sit down in their seats. Shekhar asks Pari if her great grandparents have always been like this. Pari says yes. Teju goes back up and announces, now Pari's lovely aaji will come to the stage, this is not a performance but she wants to say something special for Pari. Everyone claps, Archana goes up to the stage and says Pari, what do I say about Pari?

At the engagement hall

Archana says all I can say is Pari is mine and Manav's oldest granddaughter, that's why it gave us the first happiness of becoming grandparents, since her childhood till now my Pari has only given people happiness. She has never complained to anyone, she lives her life her own way, I didn't even realize when Pari grew up. Pari used to hold my hand to walk and now you've grown so much. May Bappa give you lots of happiness in your life Pari, that you never remember your aaji and ajoba. Pari gets emotional and says you are the world's best aaji. Everyone claps, Teju says now the celebratory jodi will come up on stage, Pari and Shekhar! Everyone claps for them, Pari and Shekhar walk up to the stage. Pia thinks to herself, how much more will you fake Pari, how long will you hide your pain for by that fake smile? I know you have shattered on the inside but you're still gathering courage to get up but I can't tolerate it. Pari and Shekhar start dancing together. Everyone watches them dance, Pari and Shekhar keep dancing, Ovi comes to Ankita. Ankita starts feeling nauseous, she immediately leaves. Everyone claps after they're done. Ankita comes back, Ovi says to Ankita, are you ok? Ankita says yes I'm ok. Ovi says what happened? Ankita says actually Pari and I went shopping, and I had Pani Puri then so ever since then I have not been feeling too well. Ovi says should I give you some medicine? Ankita says no, no, I'm ok. I just want to go home. Ovi says Ankita are you really ok, I mean in this condition. Ankita says I'm ok, I'm absolutely ok, once I go home I will rest and I don't want anyone to know. Pari's sangeet is going on and everyone will be disturbed due to it. Ovi says are you sure? Ankita says yes I'll head out. Ankita thanks Ovi and leaves.

At the hospital

Ankita goes to the hospital. A doctor comes over to Ankita and says Mrs. Karmarkar, congratulations. You are pregnant. Ankita gets happy, the doctor says I said all your symptoms look like you could be pregnant. It was a simple test, and it took 5 minutes, the reports are in front of me. You're pregnant. Ankita smiles and says doctor, thank you. Thank you so much. You don't know how much happiness you gave me. Kinnari is at her home. She is talking to one of her friends on the phone. Kinnari says, after so many days, there is peace in the house or else there is some drama going on. Attu is gone to Bangalore, she fell and the old lady broke her foot. The whole family is gone to see her there and that melodrama queen is gone to her friend's house for a function. Ankita comes in the house and she hugs Kinnari. Kinnari stops talking on her phone and says Ankita, you? Ankita says Kinnari, I am very, very happy today! Kinnari says oh but what happened that is making you so happy, did you get a new beautician? Ankita says Kinnari actually. Ankita stops mid-sentence and thinks to herself, what am I doing? I'm going to give this news to Naren sir first, then the rest of the family. Kinnari says will you tell me? Ankita says something better then that, but I won't tell you right now. Ankita hugs Kinnari and leaves. Kinnari says, oh God, as if the madman in this house wasn't enough, that another one has to be added.

Karmarkar House in the bedroom

Ankita is in her bedroom. She looks at Naren's photo and says I miss you so much Naren sir. Come back soon please, please come soon. I have to tell you so many things and one thing that will make you go crazy, I miss you. Ankita says to Naren's photo, Naren sir may I tell you something? You're going to be a dad, you know that? No right. Come back soon, I have to tell you this, I'm missing you a lot. Ankita gets a phone call from Naren. Ankita gets happy and picks up the phone. Ankita says hello. Naren says hello, Ahana? Ankita smiles and says yes Naren sir but how do you know? Naren says because I'm missing you too much that I heard your voice here. When you miss someone so much then you start to hear their voice. Tell me why you're missing me so much. Ankita says because you and me. Naren says yes. Ankita says me and you. Naren says yes. Ankita says because I want you to come soon and come to the wedding with me, when are you coming? Naren says of course I'm coming, I've booked the flight for tomorrow morning. Ankita says ok tell me how Is Attu now?

Karmarkar House/The hospital

Naren says she's better, actually some tests are going on, all of them have passed, she got discharged early. She's better now but we'll have to take very good care of her which I will do, ok? Ankita says Naren sir, come back soon please. I have to tell you something which is very important. Naren says so tell me now Ahana please. Ahana please tell me now, I can't wait so long. I will catch the flight and then drop Attu off at home, then come to Shekhar's wedding, then when I come you would be doing the rituals, it will get very late. I can't wait that long, please tell me now. Ankita says I can't tell you because I want to tell you this when we're together. I want to see your reactions. At the hospital

Rushali tells Naren that the doctor wants to talk to them. Naren says mom one minute, I was talking to Ahana, and she has to tell me something important, and she told me that she won't tell me on the phone. Why don't you ask her, she'll get afraid of you. She gets the photo of Naren, and the flowers that Naren gave her. Pari remembers when Naren gave her the flowers and she asked what am I going to do with all these flowers? Pari remembers when Ankita asked her to take a photo of her so she can send it to Naren sir. Pari says romantic, your husband loves you a lot. Pari thinks to herself, Aman, I always wanted to forget you, but I could never separate myself from you. You and your memories had become a part of my life, I don't know if it was my love or my weakness but now I have decided, now I will forget your memories and distance myself away from you because today I hate you even more then before. Pari starts crying and rips the photo of Naren and the flowers and throws it. Pari thinks, I will marry now, and like a good wife, I will fulfill every duty of my new relationship. I have left my past behind me and I'm moving on today. I hate you Aman, I hate you!

Precap: Naren and Ankita are at Shekhar's wedding. Naren is very happy to hear the news that he's going to be a dad. Naren says to Ankita, I'll be the dad and you'll be the mom. Shekhar and Pari are walking to them, Naren says Shekhar! Shekhar and Pari turn back to them, Naren can see their faces, Naren and Pari look shocked to see each other.
