After today's episode, I think its confirmed that Pari is Ahana because she liked the same type of flowers that Naren liked. In yesterday's episode, Shekhar brought the same type of flowers for NAren when he went to visit him.

Yup, this could be a reason they were same flowers. I thought BT was saving money by using the same bunch of flowers thrice.
