At the courtroom

The court proceeding is going on. Ankita says to the judge, maam I am telling the truth, this man has raped my sister and this is the truth. Mansi is crying, Shirish and Sunanda look disgusted and Kinnari is smiling. Mamta(the lawyer for Mansi) says to the judge, point to be noted My Lord, I would like permission to call Mr. Shashank up to the box. The judge says, permission granted. Mamta says Ankita, you may go. Ankita says thank you maam, she leaves the witness box. Shashank walks over to the box. Mamta says Mr. Shashank, has your marriage with Mansi been decided? Shashank says yes. Mamta asks, when did you get to know about this incident? Shashank says yes, my mother got a phone call, the person calling her did not give their name, all they said was that Mansi had gotten raped. Maybe they wanted mine and Mansi's wedding to break. Mamta says to the judge, point to be noted My Lord, after the incident someone tried to break their wedding. The judge notes that down and Mamta says Mr. Shashank, did you break the wedding? Shashank says no, I am still ready to marry. Mamta asks, why? Shashank says I have known Mansi for so long, she is a very good girl with good morals. Whatever has happened with her is not her fault, if she is not at fault then why is she being punished? Shashank says in a firm tone, the person who did this act should be punished. Shashank gives an angry look at Raunaq. Mamta says to the judge, that's all My Lord.

At the courtroom

The judge says Mr. Shekhar, you start your proceedings now. Shekhar stands up and says Mr. Shashank, you may go. Shashank leaves the witness box. Shekhar says My Lord, I would like to call the victim's sister Ankita to the witness box. The judge says, permission granted. Ankita walks up to the box. Shekhar says Ms. Ankita, will you tell your full name to the court? Ankita says after a few seconds, Ankita Karmarkar. Shekhar says, I asked you for your full name. Ankita says Ankita Naren Karmarkar. Shekhar says so Mrs. Ankita Naren Karmarkar, you accept that the day your sister got raped was the day your brother in law got married, am I right? Ankita says yes but I don't accept it, this has really happened. Shekhar says and as far as I know, after the wedding you and your husband both did arrangements for his suhaag raat, am I right? Raunaq nods his head and Kinnari is smiling.

Kinnari says yes, we were together the whole night. Shekhar says no I mean to say that maybe you were asleep and he left? Kinnari says impossible, actually we did not even sleep for one minute. Shekhar walks up to Raunaq's witness box and says so Mr. Raunaq, do you keep your own clone? Raunaq says clone, no ways! Shekhar says you definitely must keep one, or else how is it possible that Mr. Raunaq was at his hotel and with Mansi Mahatre at her chawl? If that is not the case then it is obvious that Ms. Ankita and Mansi are putting false accusations on my client!

Mamta stands up and says to the judge, my client is not lying! Shekhar says to Mamta, she is lying and I will prove this in court! Judge, I would like to present proof that will change the entire outcome of this case, Mr. Naren Karmarkar. Kinnari leaves the box, Naren is walking to the box. Shekhar says Mr. Naren, who is the lady sitting there to you? Naren points at Ankita and says Ahana? Ahana is my wife. Shekhar asks him to repeat what he said. Naren says I have no problem with flash. Ankita says please do not use flash. Naren says I was taking Ahana one day and she was going to get in an accident. Sunanda stands up and says Shekhar! Please do not use flash, Naren gets troubled, stop it! Naren gets hyper and yells the car was coming so fast and! Ankita is running up to Naren and Shekhar yells for Ankita to wait there! Naren says I was not able to save Ahana, I was about to reach there when the accident happened! Shekhar keeps taking flash photos. Naren is yelling very loudly now, getting out of control and says I want to go to Ahana! A guard takes Naren away from the witness box.

Shekhar says I would like to call Mr. Naren Karmarkar's doctor up. The judge says permission granted. Naren's doctor comes up to the witness box. Naren's doctor walks up to the witness box. Shekhar asks, are you Mr. Naren's doctor? The doctor says yes. Shekhar says, since when have you been treating him? The doctor says his treatment has been going on for one year. Shekhar asks the doctor, is he crazy? The doctor says yes, he is crazy. Shekhar says My Lord, I just wanted to prove this to the court. My Lord, now I would like to tell you about Ms. Ankita, who filed the case. Shekhar says Ms. Ankita, who knew from before that Naren's condition is not good, still married him! Why? Shekhar says, thank you so much. Soham hugs Mansi who is crying and he comforts her, and he walks up to the box. Shekhar says Mr. Raghav, are you the father of the victim? Soham asks who are you talking about? Shekhar says I mean are you that girl's father?(He points to Mansi) Soham says yes. Shekhar says will you tell the court how much money you stole from the Karmarkars. Soham does not say anything, Shekhar says Mr. Raghav please tell the court how much money you took. Soham says I took a lot of money. Shekhar says that's all my Lord! I don't want to prove anything else, after all the statements made it proves that this case is false! This was a trap to take money from my client! I request the court not to waste any more time on this case and dismiss this case.
