Outside the fort
Arjun, Rishab, Ovi, Purvi and Pia are outside the fort. Arjun and Rishab are fighting, and both of them are trying to get a hold of the gun. They keep fighting over the gun and there is a gun shot noise. Ovi, Purvi and Pia look shocked. Rishab got shot very badly, he is still alive but looking very weak. Rishab falls down to the ground. Everyone is shocked, and they all go to Arjun. Ovi says Arjun, you go from here, before the police comes, you go and I will handle everything, just go from here! Arjun yells, are you crazy?! I killed him with my own hands. Ovi keeps insisting that she will handle it and assuring Arjun that he will be fine after the operation. Purvi is looking confused and she yells, one second! What are you saying Ovi, this operation, treatment, what is all this?! Ovi says Arjun I'm sorry I can't lie. Purvi says what lie? Ovi says to Purvi, whatever you saw was just an act, there is a clot in Arjun's brain. Arjun says Ovi. Ovi says to Purvi that if his operation was successful then he can live or else and he knew you could not tolerate this. Ovi tells Purvi that Arjun never loved her but he has always loved Purvi, he loves Purvi today and he always will! He is only yours, and he went away from your for your sake. Purvi says to Arjun, you hid something so big from me?! Arjun why didn't you tell me that you were so ill?! Arjun says because I could not see you in this condition, I did it for your benefit. Purvi asks Arjun if she is happy now and says Arjun I have lived away from you for 20 years. Purvi asks Arjun why he did this. Arjun starts feeling ill again, he gets an attack.
At the fort
Ovi and Purvi go to Arjun and try to relax him, Ovi asks Purvi to take Arjun to the hospital. A police van is coming. Ovi says to Purvi and Pia that they will not say anything to the police. The police come out of their van and they see Rishab's dead body. Ovi says to the police inspectors, sir I am Ovi Deshmukh and I called you here, sir he is the same man who tried to kidnap my sister and my daughter, and there was a gun shot during the fight. Purvi says Ovi! Ovi asks Purvi to go from there and says to the police, you can arrest me if you want, I'm ready to surrender but please call the ambulance, Arjun really badly needs to go to the hospital. Purvi is trying to plead with Ovi not to do this but Ovi is telling the police that they can arrest her. Ovi gives the police the gun and the head police inspector tells his worker to call the ambulance. The police inspector calls for ambulance service. In the morning, an ambulance comes. Rishab's dead body is taken to the ambulance, Ovi is taken in the police van. Purvi goes to Ovi and says after so many years we are meeting, all of the misunderstandings are cleared Ovi, we can all live together now. Ovi says Purvi you go and take care of Arjun, and promise me that you will not let anything happen to Arjun, your fight is against Arjun's illness. Promise me that you will win, promise me. Purvi nods her head, both Purvi and Ovi hug. The ambulance starts and Ovi is taken away from the fort.
At an NGO office
Ankita and Shashank are at an NGO office. They're talking to an NGO officer and Shashank says maam, this is Ankita Mahatre, she filed the complaint against Raunaq. No lawyer is taking the case. The NGO officer says Ankita I'm really very proud of you, not a lot of people have this courage. Educated and mature people often don't say anything gas they fear getting destroyed, but you have brought your sister here and I'm really very appreciable. The NGO officer says to Mamta that Ankita's sister Mansi has been raped and the name of the rapist is Raunaq Karmarkar. Mamta says yes I read about this case in the newspaper. The NGO officer says maam, you will have to fight their case. Mamta says absolutely, I will definitely fight this case. And Ankita, I will encourage you to have strength and I will be very happy if I can give you justice. Ankita says maam but there is a problem. Actually the case hearing is today. Prashant says yes tai. Ankita tells Sonu that Prashant dada will get you ready. Outside the court
Naren, Sunanda and Kinnari are getting out of their car. As soon as they get out of their car, some reporters come out and say to Sunanda, maam what do you think, what will happen in court? At the courtroom
Everyone is inside the courtroom. They all sit down. The judge is there and she says let the court proceedings begin. The judge calls for Mr. Raunaq Karmarkar to come up to the stand. 2 police inspectors bring Raunaq up to the box. Sunanda looks worried for Raunaq. The judge says Mr. Raunaq, you have been accused of raping Ms. Mansi Mahatre. Do you accept that you have raped the victim? Raunaq says judge, I am a good boy from a valued family. I can't even think about doing such a shameful act, I did not rape anyone. Mansi is looking upset, Soham is comforting her. Raunaq says and as far as Mansi goes, the night she is talking about, I was at the Royal Palace hotel that night with my wife. We had our wedding and we were doing our suhaag raat, now tell me, which man would go to some other lady o the day of their suhaag raat? And that too when their wife is so beautiful? The judge says permission granted.
At the courtroom
Mansi leaves the box, Ankita stands up at the box. Mamta says Mrs. Ankita ji, as far as I know, this incident was going on at Mansi's sangeet function. Ankita says yes. Ankita recalls when she took Mansi to the room and she made Mansi tell her the truth and how Mansi told her she has been raped by Raunaq. Ankita says maam I am telling the truth, this man has raped my sister and this is the truth.
Precap: Naren is standing at the box. Shekhar is saying loudly, Judge, this man is crazy! Hear what he is saying?! He is crazy all the way! Naren yells, I am not crazy! Shekhar says, you are crazy and I can prove this! Naren says Shekhar, I am not crazy, and why are you saying this in front of everyone? Ankita and Mansi look upset to hear Shekhar insulting Naren.
