Nach Baliye didn't just give us an individual identity, but also tied us together. It was the Nach stage where I poured my heart out to Asha.

Asha has been Miss Uttarakhand
Post their Nach Baliye 6 win, the winners Rithvik & Asha were in Dehradun together. Asha, who has been crowned Miss Uttarakhand in 2009, was invited by Sinmit Communication.

Both Rithvik & Asha said 'Thank you Doon' as they arrived for the programme. They said - We won because of your votes. Rithvik said many people had hoped (for our win) and there was a lot of pressure during the final round, but we were determined to win.

For future projects, Rithvik said if he gets an opportunity, he'll work in films, while Asha's first choice is television shows.

Dalip Sindhi & Rajiv Mittal from Sinmit Communication were present at the interaction as well.

Banter that paved the way
Rithvik said that Asha has a short temper and can get angry for no reason. Earlier I didn't like the way she'd yell and talk and I'd stay away from her. Asha said she thought of Rithvik as a snob in the initial days, some with and attitude. she said she had decided to stay away from him.

Marriage after 3 years
Rithvik said we did like each other a lot, and on the Nach Baliye set, with support from people there, I was able to propose to Negi. We'll get married after three years

Talent in Doon and charming girls
Rithvik, who is an NRI from Dubai said Doon has innocent and charming girls. Asha too has a very innocent face.

Asha said a lot of TV shows need innocent faces, and Uttarakhand has many of those.

Mithun da has also praised Dehradun in Dance India Dance. Whenever Doon is praised, it makes Asha very happy.

Pretty sad that journos can't think beyond 1 cliched/repetitive topic when there are tons of interesting questions about their faves, likes, dislikes, travels, previous projects, NB experience etc. that can be asked!
