Ovi hiding the truth of pia - Page 2

@SoniiyaaThe same can be said about anti-ovi posts she's bashed like the wicked witch from the west while Purvi is praised for her good intentions, which I reminds me the posts that where written criticizing Purvi hiding her pregnancy where countered with this everlasting (repetitive) point INTENTIONS .Purvi had good intentions for doing it, this has been used to excuse her actions including the infamous baby swap incident (her punishment pales in comparison to Ovi between) now this is my observation and I think everyones as well she also hid the truth about Pia with good intention not to hurt arvi but oh well she's still wrong even if she didn't go to the extreme of swaping babies, she stayed away.I don't think people are fully aware how serious the accusations and punishment is that were levelled against Ovi and worse still by her own family ,who in my recollection are still to mourn her stillborn. Soniiyaa I understand your irritation but fact is bashing works from both sides difference is Ovi hasn't be around.

But i never said Ovi wasn't bashed. Have you been reading the forum the past few days? Multiple threads are open with same old tune. That is what I'm speaking of. Just a day or so ago someone made a topic of their frustration of the storyline and gave the blame of arvi-ovi on all 3 of them. Some members agreed with the topic but said wait but i can understand ovi bc xyz. Thats what i meant wen i said justifications are made and victim card is played.

Personally, i've always layed the blame on all three of them.

As for this topic Ovi was wrong for hiding her pregnancy just like Purvi was. Just the simple fact of hiding the pregnancy from the father is wrong.

Purvi was wrong for knowing she was pregnant and telling arjun to stay with ovi. Whatever her intentions were, she was wrong. I get purvi didnt know she was pregnant when she gave arjun up the next day but she knew wen it was their 1month party or whatever it was that day. She should have told Arjun right then and there.

Ovi was wrong for knowingg she was pregnant but still demanding a divorce and keeping the baby away. Whatever her intentions were, she was wrong. In fact, Arjun was still her legal husband - it was her duty to inform him of THEIR baby. If she can sleep with him that last night despite knowing he betrayed her bc he was her legal husband at the time, she should have informed arjun. It doesnt mean she had to stay with him. She could have said she was pregnant and still demanded a divorce.

@Soniiyaa You know I just wrote long post explaining my post and points to be noted but then I realised it's all pointless both of us being the from opposite fan groups will always disagree so thanx for replying I'll always ship 4 Ovi being that the character surprised and grew in leaps and bounds. I always think she made the correct choice not telling it maybe wrong but it was right in her case she probably thought the family would use the pregnancy to reunite her or that her resolve to leave him was still weak and she would eventually cave whatever bottomline is she wanted to stay away from this two atoning for her mistakes (what I love the most about her) but it cost her more than she deserved. Looking at it now after the Pia revelation it's all for everyone to see how much priority is given to Ovi and Pia we are accused of playing the victim card but from were I'm sitting Ovi is anything but the laughing victorious villain here no she was mother of a premature baby with health problems who got accussed of sleeping with her brother in law and branded a homewrecker, banished by the people who by all accounts should know her. Purvi even in her darkest time was never alone, the accusation against her were true she did swap the babies but was forgiven Ovi's false accusation hasn't been rectified or forgiven (a fact neither family member is yet to fully acknowledge) their busy thinking about arvi's third reunion (correct me if I'm wrong) then find the wronged party in this mess. You've probably read all this before and you'll probably read it again but come on we were reminded everytime about the deal which was true and a valid point (For months might I mention, Ovi was wrong then we got it) so bear it for this period. Phew!!! I ended up writing more than bargained again but I just had to get my point accross and well as for the thread you mentioned it comes with the territory of having different fan groups. Goodnight\morning and goodbye. After reading this post I really should have stopped writing at "so thanx for replying" but whats done is done

If Ovi had told the ''TRUTH'' before Arvi wedding,what would have happened??Leave aside others,Purvi herself would have tried to ''Ovi's BHALAI'' once again n would have refused to marry Arjun.. And Ovi would have been blamed for that..Then everyone would say,''Why couldn't Ovi tell the truth after Arvi got married??''.. Now it can be asked that,Why didn't Ovi tell the truth after Arvi wedding??Well,for obviou reasons..Whats the point telling Arjun (Who is now Purvi's husband already ) that he is the father of Ovi's child??

I use to hate Ovi before, but I have to agree with you. Somehow Ovi is come across as more pious relative to the supposed protagonists, Arjun & Purvi.

I know your pov. I wasn't debating either. I'm not denying the ovi bashing either. Perhaps you did write a little too much and yes i've read it all before. I like Arvi but i am not in the arvi fan group. Ive always been team soham. But purvi bashing goes beyond simple bashing. It becomes downright derogatory at times. Thats only thing i oppose.

Anyways, i just wrote to u to explain my POV, not to change yours.

What purvi would have done is her issue.

But ovi still owed her legal husband an simple truth of "im pregnant". It was her duty as a wife and mother of his child. Just like Arjun owed it to Ovi to tell her their child died wen he found out and just like purvi shud have told arjun wen she knew she was pregnant.

I usually don't post on these kind of threads, but I have come to notice that if it's "team Ovi" then everything that Purvi does is wrong, regardless. I wonder why that is? Why can't people just watch the show for what it is? Why are Ovi fans reading so much into it.. pointing out Purvi's faults, some that are not even there?

Yeah right..Arjun,as a legal husband,should have been informed..Right now I'm waiting for the future episodes to know whether Arjun knows anything about his n Purvi's second child or not..Whether Purvi miscarried it or gave birth to it,we dont know..I want to know,whether the FATHER knows about it or not.

Some of Purvi's fans only see negative in Ovi as well, but I have noticed the majority of ARVI fans call it as they see it. Sure ARVI has made some mistakes that were really dumb, and they were called out on it. Purvi did some things that backfired, but at least she did it with good intentions.

Yes, it's true that I like Purvi, and want ARVI to be together, because I am a fan of true love... BUT I DON'T dislike Ovi.
