Arjun's house
Arjun is at his house. Tina is sitting down and Arjun comes over to her with food. Arjun says Tina, did you not eat? I'm really sorry, I was actually a little upset. Tina says I know baba, you know what my problem is? When you get upset then I get upset too. Promise me that you won't take out your frustration on the food. Arjun says ok, I promise that from now on I will not take out my frustration on the food. Arjun gets a phone call from Naren. Arjun says hello. Naren says Arjun I am in the office right now. Arjun says today is Sunday Naren, what are you doing at the office? Naren says I had some important work, I can't find my file, can you give me my secretary's number? Arjun says I will come to the office. Naren says no it's a Sunday, you enjoy your day off, just message me the number. Arjun says ok I will message it to you. Arjun messages the phone number to him. Naren calls Ankita.
Ankita's house/Naren's office
Ankita is in the kitchen and the phone rings. Ankita tells Pranav to pick up the phone. Pranav answers it and Naren says, where is my file? Pranav says it's your file, you should know where it is, how can I tell you? Naren says who is talking? Pranav says it's Pranav. Naren asks, is this your phone? Pranav says no it's my tai's phone. Naren tells him to tell Ankita that it is her boss's phone. Pranav says tai, it is some file name boss. Ankita comes over and takes the phone from Pranav. Ankita says hello. Naren says I need my file. Ankita says which file? Naren says green file, I want to get started on the project, where will I find the file? Ankita says sir the file is in the cupboard and the keys for it are in my drawer. Naren says what is the key number? Ankita says key number, sir I don't remember the key number but there is a blue ribbon on the key. Naren says blue ribbon, there is a blue ribbon on the key and the file is green? This is not fair. Naren hangs up and he is looking for the file but he can't find it. Naren calls Ankita again. Ankita picks it up and says yeah sir. Naren tells her that there are 8 green files here, which one do I need? Ankita tells him Apollo International File number 4. Naren says which file do I need? Ankita tells him the file name and he looks for it. Naren finds the file and he hangs up. Ankita says he is so weird, can anyone work on Sundays? I can't. Naren calls Ankita again. Ankita picks it up and says hello. Naren says where is my pen? Ankita tells him the pen is on his desk but Naren says it is not there. Ankita says she does not know where it is. Naren says you should know, it is your job, if you don't know where the pen is how will we get the work done? This is really important. Ankita says I'm really sorry sir, sir it must be on your desk. Ankita says she has to hang up. Naren says to himself, where did you put the pen? Naren calls Ankita again. Ankita says he is calling again? I am not answering his calls, who works on a day off? Ankita picks it up and says yeah sir. Naren says I found the pen but it's not working, I can't find it's refill. Ankita tells him it's in his other drawer. Ankita says should I come to the office? Naren says why where are you? Ankita says sir I am at home. Naren says why are you at home?
Ankita's house/Naren's office
Ankita says sir today is Sunday and a day off. Naren says oh yes what are you doing at home? Ankita says I am making vegetables. Naren says what kind of vegetables? Ankita says lauki sabzi. Naren tells her that he likes lauki and that there are 29 dishes on the internet on how to make lauki, did you look at it? Ankita says no sir. Naren says no, why? Ankita says sir I don't use the internet. Naren says then use it, the internet is very useful. Who picked up your phone? Ankita says my brother. Naren asks, what's your brother's name? Ankita says Pranav. Naren says that's not a good name, change it. Naren asks Ankita what the time is. Ankita says one second sir, sir it is 2:10. Naren says your watch is behind, by 10 minutes. Go along with the time and then time will be with you, if I need anything I will call you so keep your phone on. Naren hangs up. Pranav tells Ankita that he is hungry and that he wants food. Ankita tells him to wait and that my boss might call me again, so in 15 minutes I will give you food. Naren calls again and Ankita says he is calling again. Ankita picks it up and says yeah sir. Naren says what is your name? Ankita says Ankita Mahatre. Naren says Ankita, that's a good name, don't change it, ok I will hang up now, good night. Naren hangs up. Ankita says, good night, he said good night?
At the office
Purvi is at the office and she is telling the receptionist that she wants to talk to Mr. Arjun Kirloskar. The receptionist tries to call Arjun but she tells Purvi that his phone extension is busy and says to wait in the conference room for him. As soon as I talk to him I will inform him. The receptionist calls a peon and tells him to take Purvi to the CR.(Conference Room) The peon takes Purvi. Ankita gets up and the receptionist calls her over. The receptionist asks Ankita if she knows that lady. Ankita looks back to see Purvi's back turned toward her walking away from them and Ankita says I did not see her face, what happened? The receptionist says I don't know but her name was Purvi Deshmukh and she wanted to see Arjun sir but when I called sir his phone was busy. Are you going into sir's office? If you are then inform him that Purvi Deshmukh is waiting for him in the CR. Ankita says I will have to inform him or else he will think I made a mistake. Ankita leaves. Purvi is walking down the office hall and Arjun is there too but they don't see each other. An employee calls Arjun and Arjun is going the other way with the employee while Purvi and the peon are walking toward the CR.
In the conference room at the office
The peon takes Purvi inside and tells her that he will inform Arjun and asks her if she will have any tea. Purvi says no thank you. The peon leaves. Pari calls Purvi. Purvi picks up the phone and says yes Pari. Pari says did you forget me when you went to India? Aaji and Ajoba said you called them and you were ok but I think something is going wrong aai. Purvi says are you still mad at me? I could not call you because I have so many meetings to attend and I'm so busy. Purvi says ok I pulled my ear as a punishment. Pari says aai please. Purvi says ok I will think of another punishment for myself but tell me what color you want. Pari says color, for what? Purvi says you wanted an Anarkali suit, tell me which color you want. Pari says I want a blue color. Purvi says ok. Pari says aai do you remember what I said to you? Purvi says yes I remember. Don't worry about it, just take care of yourself ok. Pari says you also take care of yourself. Pari and Purvi hang up.
Arjun's office
Arjun and Ankita are at Arjun's office. Arjun says Purvi Deshmukh is in the office? Ankita says yes but Purvi was the one who canceled the deal. Arjun says Purvi is in the office, where is she in the office? Ankita says in the conference room. Arjun asks if she met her. Ankita says no sir I was going to meet her but I did not get a chance to because she was leaving. Arjun immediately leaves. Ankita says sir. Ankita says to herself, I don't know what's going on here. Let whatever happen but I don't want to lose my job.
Ankita's house in the bedroom
Soham is in the bedroom. He is looking for money and is very mad because he can't find it. Soham looks through the closet very angrily and says where did Ankita put the money? Soham keeps looking for the money and he looks through Ankita's office papers and finds Arjun's photo. Soham remembers the time when he was in the car with him and he had Arjun at gunpoint and Arjun was trying to explain to him that he will not gain anything by doing this and when Soham was running away from Arjun. Soham shouts very angrily. Mansi comes over and asks him what are you doing with tai's papers? These are tai's office papers. Soham says, what is all this! Mansi says you stop yelling first baba, these are her office papers and the photo is of her boss. He came to our house, now leave from here baba. Soham thinks to himself, Ankita is working in Arjun's company. No, how can this be, and if this is happening then this is not right. I will have to stop Ankita from working in that office and I will do it.
In the conference room
Purvi is in the conference room. She is looking out the window and it's raining. Arjun comes in the conference room. Purvi does not see Arjun and keeps looking outside. Arjun drops something and Purvi looks up. The song tere liye hum hain jiye hote ko siye plays in the background. Arjun and Purvi look at each other. Arjun's employee come in the conference room and says I'm sorry for being late, I was going to be here on time but the rain, this Mumbai weather is becoming unpredictable. Arjun's employee tells both of them to sit down and he gives Purvi some papers to sign and says that our partnership will be together for very long and will not break. Purvi signs the papers. The employee says because relationships are long lasting and they never break. Arjun and Purvi look tense. They both remember a time when Arjun was very mad at Purvi and he had told her enough! Arjun was signing some papers and he had told Purvi to sign too.
At the office
Ankita is sitting at her office desk. Her colleague comes to her and Ankita tells her that her job might go away. The colleague asks why. Ankita says I got a call from the other company and they had refused a deal with us but just now the owner of the company Purvi Deshmukh is here, there is a big problem. This is all my fault, they must have told me something else on the phone and I heard it wrong and I told Arjun sir this. I'm going to lose my job. The colleague says you are worrying for no reason. Just chill and relax. Ankita says ok I will go and give the file to Arjun sir. Ankita's colleague leaves. Ankita stands up and her phone rings. Ankita picks it up and it is Soham. Ankita says hello. Soham is crying and he says Ankita! Ankita says what happened baba? Soham says Ankita, Sonu! Ankita says what happened to Sonu baba? Soham is crying and says my Sonu got a wound on her head. Soham tells her to come home soon and that it could get very bad if she does not get her treatment. Ankita says don't worry, I will try to come home soon baba I will be there soon, bye. Ankita's colleague comes back and asks her what happened. Ankita says my younger sister got a wound on her head, baba called and I need to go home. Ankita's colleague says yes you go home and don't worry. Ankita tells her colleague to give the file to Arjun sir.
At the conference room
Arjun, Purvi and Arjun's employee are at the conference room. Purvi signs the contract papers, and the employee says you signed the papers without reading them? You must trust us a lot and our company, we will never break your trust. The employee says I will get some more papers for you to sign and he leaves. Arjun says to Purvi, Purvi why are you doing this? I know you trust our company but you refused it before and you should not have signed the papers without reading them, and today you signed without reading the contract, why are you doing this? Purvi says I'm here only for aai, because aai wanted me to meet Ankita and find out about her family. Arjun says you're here for your aai? It has been 20 years Purvi but there are some things which have not changed. You lie for my sake, the best thing about you is that you don't lie. Purvi says and you always lie. Arjun's employee comes back with more papers for Purvi to sign. Purvi signs them and the employee says we will become partners by you signing this contract. The employee gives Arjun a paper to sign and Arjun signs it. Arjun's employee says I will send these papers for filing. The employee leaves. Purvi says Mr. Arjun I want to see Ankita Mahatre, she works in your company right? Arjun says yes she works in our company but Purvi I have told you already that Soham is not Ankita's father and the reason you signed these papers without reading them came to no use because we don't know about Soham. Purvi says I just want to see it from my own eyes. I got a call from my friend from Mumbai and she said she may have seen Soham dada. If Soham dada is alive then Ankita must have some connection with us. Aai just wants Ankita to get the rights of the Deshmukh Family if she is related to Soham and that she gets her place in the family. This is the only reason why I want to see Ankita and her baba. Arjun is looking tense.
Precap: Soham, Ankita and Mansi are at their home. Ankita says to Soham, why should I find a job somewhere else? Why should I work at another company and why shouldn't I work at this company. What is the problem, it is a good company, I get a good salary and the people are good. Why should I leave this company? Soham says if you don't want me to say bad things to your boss about you then you will not step foot in that company again. Ankita and Mansi look disgusted.
