Written Update

Raunaq's room

Ankita is in Raunaq's room. Ankita is looking for the file and says the file is not here, where do I look for it? I will ask sir, but if I ask him he will say that I gave you work for the first time and. Raunaq comes in the room and Ankita says sir, I could not find your file, please tell me where it is and I will find out. Raunaq says why are you always all about work? This is a party, celebration time, just enjoy and relax. He grabs Ankita's hand. Ankita says sir you are misunderstanding me, I am not that type of girl. Raunaq says all girls say that but once you get used to all the luxuries, look I want to help you but you will have to cooperate some. Ankita pushes Raunaq away. Ankita slaps Raunaq and leaves. Raunaq looks shocked.

At the party hall

Ankita is walking downstairs to the party hall. Ankita says to herself, what does he think of himself, just because I am working for him does not mean I will do everything for him. She walks past Arjun who is talking on the phone. Arjun hangs up and he sees Ankita leaving. Shirish comes over to Arjun and asks Arjun, Arjun, what are you doing here? Everyone is missing you at the party, you have to be there. I can't even find Raunaq, I don't know where he is. Shirish and Arjun go from there. Raunaq's friend is there with Raunaq and asks him what are we going to do now, what if she says something? Raunaq says she will talk if I give her the chance to talk. Raunaq's friend asks him what he means. Raunaq says I will fire her from the job. Raunaq's friend says what? Raunaq says don't worry I won't do this all myself but I will create situations where she will have to leave, but I need some of your help. Ankita is about to leave the hall but a watchman catches her and tells her to stop. Ankita asks what happened. Raunaq's friend comes and tells the guard that I have the doubt that this girl stole my wallet, that girl went into the room where I put my wallet. Ankita says what are you saying, why are you falsely accusing me? I did not steal any wallet. Raunaq is smiling and the watchman asks Ankita to give him her purse to check. Ankita says why should I show my purse when I did not steal? The watchman says do not force me to check, we will find out if you stole or not. Ankita gives him the purse and the watchman looks inside it. He finds the wallet and takes it out. The watchman asks Ankita is this your wallet? Raunaq's friend says this is my wallet! I said this girl is a thief. Ankita says I did not steal, I don't know how this wallet came in my bag. Ankita looks at Raunaq who is smiling and says he has definitely done something. Ankita tells the watchman that this man was in the room with me and forcing himself on me, when I did not respond to him then he wanted to take revenge on me. Arjun and the others come to see this.

At the party hall

Ankita says that is why he told his friend to put his purse in my bag but I am telling you. Raunaq says shut up! Raunaq says do you know what you are worth, I have seen many girls like you before and you think I would flirt with some low class girl like you, and you were the one who was trapping me. I know you kind of girls very well, you can stoop to any level for money. You know how to run after rich guys, and do timepass, and if not then you blackmail. Ankita says what do you think? I am poor and I am working for you but this does not mean I will listen to you when you're wrong, understood? I know I am poor and not rich like you but at least I am honest and hardworking, and I do not trap rich guys, I can't even think about this in my dreams. What do you think, I am not like this and I never will be! You look at yourself first and think what kind of a person you are! Raunaq says shut up! Ankita tells him to shut up but Raunaq shouts over her and tells her to get out, I am firing you, and if you are here for one more minute I will report you to the police. Out, get out! Ankita takes her bag from the watchman and leaves furiously. Arjun is taking a picture of this from his phone and thinks to himself, who is she, she is just like Archana but how can this be?

In a train

Ankita is sitting in the train. She is remembering what the watchman was telling her that we will find out if you stole or not. She is recalling what Raunaq said too that she could stoop to any level for money and telling her that he has fired her. Ankita is crying and a lady asks her what happened, and asks if she got into a fight with her husband. Ankita is crying and says I was accused of stealing and I was fired from my job. The lady says a similar thing happened with me, I worked for a home for 18 years and the owner of the house accused me of stealing and threw me out. Do you know what our biggest mistake is? That we are poor and rich people will always think bad about us and never believe that we did not steal, they do not know or accept the truth. It's so bad to be poor. Ankita says I wanted to do so much for my brothers and sisters, how will I tell them that I am fired from the job? I thought I would get my younger brother to school but I won't be able to do anything, my job is gone. The lady says if God showed you a bad day today then he will show you a good day tomorrow, this is why I tell you to have hope and have strength. Ankita is feeling a little better.

Arjun's car

Arjun is in his car. He is looking at Ankita's photos on his phone. He is recalling Ankita telling the watchman that Raunaq was forcing himself on her and when I did not respond, he took revenge on me. Arjun is about to call someone.

Canada

Deshmukh House

Archana, Teju, and Purvi are in their home in Canada. Teju is saying to Purvi that we will have your birthday party but Purvi says she doesn't want one and asks why she is complaining. Archana says she is not, you are complaining, we al want your birthday party, we are celebrating for our own happiness. Purvi says why a birthday party for me at this age? Archana says as old as children get, for the parents they will always remain children. And no one else planned this party besides me. Teju tells Pari to convince her aai as she always listens to Pari. Pari says Teju Maasi if aai doesn't want a party then we don't need it, we can just celebrate at home. Teju says Pari we called you here for support but you are refusing the party, not done. Pari says ok we can have the party but on one condition no one will force me to come. Sachin's wife Nina says why are you not going to come to the party? Pari this is Purvi's birthday party, how can it happen in your absence? And also, this party is going to be the best one. Arjun goes outside the car with his phone. Nina says and besides you who else is there for Purvi? Nina says aai I was thinking we should call the press people. Arjun is trying to call someone and Teju says yes Nina you are right, it doesn't matter if Purvi's at the party but the media has to be there. Why do we need to call the press anyway, whenever you talk the news is always broadcasted but no we should call the media. Nina leaves and Pari says Teju Maasi can we please finish this conversation? I need to go to work. Teju says ever since you came you are doing work. Archana says to Pari, you are not going anywhere, till we have not planned for the party you are not going anywhere. Pari says who will do the office work then? Archana says you do so much work, you just keep working. Arjun calls the Deshmukh House. Purvi picks up the phone. Purvi says hello. There is a long silence and Arjun says hello, I am Arjun talking. How are you? Pari says aai where is my file? Arjun hears this and says Purvi is that Pari's voice? Pari says aai where is my file? Arjun says Purvi was that her voice? Purvi is crying and does not say anything, and says I will call you back later. Arjun is about to say something but Purvi hangs up. Archana walks over to Purvi and says Purvi, what happened? Was that Arjun calling?

Deshmukh House in Canada

Archana tells Purvi to talk to Arjun but Purvi says aai I will not call him. Purvi says why did he have to call after so many years, I said I don't wish to talk to him. Archana says see Purvi, I know Arjun was wrong and he did wrong and maybe this is why I am with you. I know that out of Ovi and Purvi he chose Ovi which was very wrong but I know my Purvi is very lonely. When you stood at the stage and you were talking about your parents, I knew somewhere that you were lonely. What did you think, you could hide this from your aai? Today you have become such a big businesswoman and began to work and settled in your life, working with your baba but I still know my Purvi is lonely. You still miss Arjun. You might still love him as much as you did before, I just don't want you to make the mistake your parents made before and I don't want you to have to live alone like I did, like the past 20 years, I did not force you though because Arjun was wrong and Arjun called you today. Purvi you have a chance, just try to talk to him once, I can't see you by yourself. Just one chance, for you and your daughter, Pari. Purvi is looking very sad.

In the train

Ankita is in the train. She is thinking to herself, Sonu, Pranav, Mansi, Prashant, they were all really happy listening to my news, and today is my first day and Prashant has been waiting for this day to come when I would start my job and he would start his studies. No, this will not happen, I won't let this happen, their happiness is my responsibility and they have a lot of dreams attached to my job and I won't let their dreams shatter.

Deshmukh House in Canada/Arjun's house in India

Purvi and Arjun are both at their house. They are both walking around and remembering the moments they spent together and with Pari when she was a baby. Arjun and Purvi both sit down on their sofas. They are both recalling their last fight when Purvi was telling him that he does not know what bitterness will spread in the families because of what he did and Arjun telling Purvi that I will never tell you anything after today. Purvi remembers when Onir and her looked at the book at the hospital and saw Arjun and Ovi the parents of Pia. Purvi remembers when Arjun said to her that you will say anything against my dad and I will just listen, and Purvi had asked him what did I say against dad and Arjun had told her you mean to say that my dad made the wrong decision? My dad was just trying to solve the problems and Manav baba talked about breaking the partnership and another flashback when Purvi told Arjun that she will talk to her family about this while Arjun should talk to his dad and Arjun had said what is there left to talk about? Purvi remembers when she saw Arjun and Ovi together and Ovi with the baby. They both recall when Arjun was trying to get Purvi to listen to him but Purvi had told him I know your truth and you cheated me. Arjun thinks to himself, I will need to talk to her, until today I have stopped myself but after hearing Pari's voice. Why did Purvi not call me back? Arjun looks at his phone and lies back on the sofa. Purvi is also resting on her couch. The screen splits in two, Purvi is on the left side and Arjun on the right side, both lying back with their eyes closed.

Precap: Soham is outside Ankita's house with all of Ankita's siblings. Prashant is grabbing Soham and threatening him that he will kill him. Mansi asks Soham, where will we go? Soham says 15 minutes away from here, there is a burial ground, you guys can go there and vacate the house. Mansi is very worried and Prashant puts his hand on her.
