I am a very wrong person to speak about fitness as I do not diet or exercise at all.

I eat anything and everything.
Are you a foodie?
Yes (laughs).
Exercise routine...
I have joined a gym which I visit just once a month.
Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian?
Non-vegetarian.
Favourite cuisine...
I like eating sea food.
Favourite dish...
It has to be fish and rice.
A must on your breakfast table?
Hmmm...parathas.
Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee...
I need my tea with sugar.
Lunch generally consists of...
I am a rice eater. I love eating dal, rice, pickle, salad and some vegetables.
Dinner generally consists of?
I try to avoid rice in the evening and try eating chapattis instead of rice. But I get extremely tempted and do not miss a chance to eat rice! So my dinner consists of dal, chapatti, pickle, salad and some vegetable. A pickle is a must for me in every meal.
Dessert delights?
Chocolates (smiles).
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)...
My favourite drink is Apple juice.
My favourite drink (alcoholic)...
I do not drink but I did tase red wine and it tastes very good.
Most unusual dish I've tasted?
Hmmm...nothing of which I can recall.
Experiment with food...
Sometimes.
On the streets, I love to have...
I love eating pani-puri and other chaats. Also samosa pav on the streets (smiles).
Do you cook?
Yes, but I hardly get time to cook.
Fitness tip...
(Laughs) Stay happy and don't stress. I think it should help a lot. Apart from that try going for at least a 30 minute walk everyday and not be as lazy as me.
