Bc she still loves Arjun and has feelings for him that she tries to suppress for the sake of her family or whatever it might be. Unfortunately she is unable to acknowledge this and has made many mistakes because of this suppression.

When Ankita return. She has been fell Malaria. So not available now. When will She well get then return. Till date story are hang & show filler episode.
