Chapter 87 -
Next Morning -
Purvi had woken up but her eyes were swallowed completely. It was showing that she has cried the whole night. She was feeling restless as she eagerly wanted to see and talk to Arjun but her mind and heart were not allowing her to face Arjun in this condition. She got up and went for shower. After coming out of shower she kept her wet towel on the bed and went near the dressing table where the large mirror was replaced by a smaller one temporary. Within an instant she took a comb to make her hairs but the moment she saw herself in the mirror she was again dumbstruck. Her mind was as if not able to still accept the reality of her going bald. Tears started rolling down her eyes.
Archana (coming in room with breakfast plate ) - Purvi...
Purvi came out of her chain of thoughts hearing Archana. She tried to wipe her tears off but Archana noticed the comb in her hand and understood the situation.
Archana immediately kept the plate on the bed and rushed and hugged Purvi to soothe her.
Purvi (clearing the lump in her throat) - Aai...I am fine...I have to accept this reality and have to move forward.
Archana broke the hug and felt proud that Purvi is trying cope up with the situation and trying to fight her inner fears. She cupped her face and kissed her forehead.
Archana - Purvi I am really proud to have a daughter like you...
Purvi (giving a weak smile) - Thank you Aai.
Archana - Ok! Now have your breakfast.
Saying this she made Purvi sit on the bed and made her eat breakfast with her own hands.
Archana - Purvi...can I ask you one thing.
Purvi - Yes Aai ask na...
Archana - When will you come out?
Purvi (stopped eating) - Aai...I know everyone is worried for me especially Arjun...But...But Aai still I am not able to completely accept myself especially facing myself..then...then how...
Saying this tears again started flowing from her eyes.
Archana understood what Purvi is going through and therefore she just cut the conversation and hugged her again. She also didn't forced Purvi to come out too.
After completing the breakfast Archana took the plate and went outside and Purvi went to wash her hands. Archana forgot to close Purvi's door properly. Therefore taking this chance, Arjun immediately barged into her room and closed the door from inside.
Archana heard the closing of door sound and therefore she rushed out of the kitchen and realized that Arjun went inside. She didn't knew what to do.
In Purvi's Room -
Purvi came out wiping her mouth with napkin and her eyes fell on Arjun who was standing near the door. Seeing him her eyes grew wide open and the napkin fell on the floor. She was dumbstruck seeing Arjun and didn't knew how to react. Arjun too saw Purvi's bald face and he too was shocked seeing her. For few minutes both were just staring at each other and both didn't knew how to react exactly.
Purvi (coming out of the trance) - ARJUN!!!!
Purvi said this in a loud tone which made Arjun too come back to reality.
Purvi (catching hold of her dupatta and covering her head with it) - Arjun...you...you...why...you promised me..then...why...
Purvi started sobbing seeing Arjun in front of her. Purvi still didn't wanted to face Arjun...
Arjun within an instant rushed near her and kept his finger on her lips.
Arjun - Ssshhh!!!!!
Meherbaani nahi tumhara pyar maanga hai
Tumhe manzoor hai tabhi to yaar manga hai
Ghairon ke dar se, tere sheher se
Hai kasam rishta todoon na
Tera rastaa main chhodoon na
Arjun (removing her dupatta and caressing her head) - Purvi...stop running from yourself. Stop running from me. I know and I understand what you are going through but just by hiding yourself because of fear of facing the world is not the solution. Face it Purvi...and why are you running away...just because of this...
Saying this he dragged Purvi and made her face in the mirror.
Arjun (signaling towards the mirror) - Look Purvi...this is the truth...The real truth which you cannot hide. The truth is that in any situation you are...you are the most beautiful person and no one...I mean no one...in this world can deny this fact..Beauty is not how you look...Beauty is judged by heart...
(now making Purvi face him)...and your heart is the most beautiful...
Hearing this words Purvi felt utter happy and within an instant she hugged Arjun...Arjun too reciprocated and embraced her in a warm and tight hug...

Arjun - Purvi yesterday I was not able to sleep the whole night because I could not stay away from you for a moment. You are my life Purvi...and I am there only because you are there. If in my this life path I don't get your hands to accompany me then my life path will not be completed.
Saying this he broke the hug. Took Purvi's hand and kissed her hands. Purvi smiled over what Arjun did.

Arjun - So from now never take any such promises from me which keeps me away from you. Got it!
Purvi (giving a big smile) - Promise!!!
Arjun (wiping her tears) - That's like my brave wife Purvi!!!
Purvi - I love you Arjun.
Arjun - I love you Too Purvi.
Saying this Arjun pecked her forhead and both again went into a warm embracement.

Outside Purvi's room -
Archana was just staring at the room's door blankly when Manav came and kept his hands on her shoulder making her come out of the trance.
Manav - Archana what happened? Why are you standing here like this?
Archana - Manav...Arjun...Arjun went inside...
Saying this she signaled at Purvi's room...Manav understood what Archana wanted to say and now both got worried.
But before they could react to anything, they heard someone opening the door.
Arjun (coming out) - Aai...Purvi wants to meet you...
Archana didn't said anything to Arjun and immediately rushed to check Purvi.
Manav just gave a glance at Arjun and without saying he waited for Archana to first handle the situation.
In Purvi's room -
Purvi was smiling big and was also happy over whatever Arjun said. She had now all the confidence to face the world because she had faced her world...her Arjun...
Archana " Purvi...you called me...Arjun came inside...I am sorry I forgot to lock the door properly.
Purvi - Aai...don't worry everything is fine.
Archana got relieved on what Purvi told.
Purvi - Aai I called you to say something.
Archana - Haan say na Beta..
Purvi - Aai I am ready to come out and face everyone...But...
Archana - But what beta?
Purvi - Do you have any solution to this... (saying this she pointed towards her bald face)
Archana thought for two minutes. She then smiled and went near the cupboard and took out a Bandana (scarf).
Archana - Come Purvi...
Saying this she signaled Purvi to sit on the bed and started tying Bandana on her head.
After tying Bandana, she made Purvi face the mirror and this time Purvi was not scared to face herself because her Aai did the best thing to hide her baldness and now she was very happy and she hugged Archana in excitement and said "THANK YOU AAI".
