Thank God that she is not coming back ...please keep reminding me and her other fans of this ...it is a big relief ...

I feel Ankita was treated very unfairly by the production house and she should not come back ...Also the forum is very different now , don't want to participate fully in again ...

I know but whatever the reason is , PR is about sacred bonds lol
If none of these people have enough feelings for their mother
To even shed a tear for her once in a while
I think we have no show
Ankita 's leave is a big turning point for the show
I will honestly be disappointed if she comes back
She owes nothing to this show
Of course this show made her famous
But she doesn't deserve to play mother to people her age
She played mata Archana for a good time
Now she needs to move on and look ahead
I would want her to go to Bollywood
But Bollywood is overrated
Tv is far better than Bollywood
We also see more of our favourite actors

Jhanvi, the talk of blood and water is because at one time I used to read this every single day ' blood is thicker than water ' , all the time ...the slightest thing Archana would do for her other kids and immediately this phrase would jump up in the forum...
So from that point it does seems odd that mother is in Coma and daughter is enjoying dancing in the party and playing holi and all that.. Purvi is right now all over in love again so she is being shown as someone who is enjoying that attention and all that ...but the circumstances around her are pretty bad , mother in Coma and daughter given away so it does comes across as rather odd that she is being shown this way ...
When Purvi was in trouble , Archana was in a state worse than her ..Purvi was kidnapped and Archana was like almost like she died herself ... then again when Purvi left then also it was shown that Archana would wake up with nightmares about her ...
But inspite of it all this phrase ' blood is thicker than water ' would just keep coming up again and again and again ...
I find it very sad when this adoption factor comes up .For me the adopted child is the same as your own ...in the case of Archana and Purvi, Archana has loved the adopted child even more than her other kids ( maybe because she grew up with her mother ) ..People , if angry , shoudl say ' Archana is being a bad mother " or she does not have good time management skills to give attention to all her kids but not say something like ' Oh so blood is thicker than water after all' , just because Archu is paying attention to her other child who also needs her ..

Tanya, I find it odd that everyone is enjoying including Sulo and Savita. Manav looks sad but he is part of the Holi celebrations too. I was wondering if people do become used to someone being in the hospital for that long, be it a mother, wife, dil, daughter, or whoever else close. I understand daily business cannot come to a standstill but revelry to the extent shown in the soap is unrealistic.

And yes, Archana was distraught when Purvi was kidnapped and she knew her daughter was in danger but when she found her family after 18 years there was a period of lull when she seemed to have forgotten Purvi and her sacrifice, and left her behind in the K house (yes Purvi told her mother to go home to Manav when Archana hesitated, yet, as mothers you and I know that what our children tell us can only have limited bearing on our behavior, it does not completely absolve our responsibility) until Manav came to take Purvi home. I think that was when people said those things about Archana that she seemed to have forgotten Purvi in her newly regained happiness. Again, cannot fault the CVs for not showing Archana's angst over Purvi in that instance as perhaps a half hour is not sufficient to show all the comings and goings on in the show, some we have to guess and accept as happening behind the scenes, perhaps.

You are right, Archana has loved Purvi more than her own children by the simple fact that she has raised Purvi and Purvi to all intents and purposes is her child in every sense of the word just as Soham is to Varsha, unfortunately. Soham still calls Varsha Mayi and still reveres her as his mother even while accepting and loving Archana as his Aai. The bonds of togetherness are too strong to be broken by chance or circumstance. Archana gave birth to her twins and Soham but Purvi is more her child than all of them combined as she was given the opportunity to mother this girl unlike that of her own. One can never doubt Archana's love for Purvi or vice-versa for that matter.

That opened up a new thought, there is a bond too between Arjun and Ovi, that of having known each other for that long, he puts her first, she seems to know he will choose her or that he "belongs" to her. Familiarity and togetherness can be as strong a bond as relationships forged out of love and blood.

It is only natural , despite of the fact that Archana is the twins' mother they don't feel a strong connection to her. Maybe it is the absence of 18 years which contributed to their lack of feelings for their mother.

Jhanvi ,I do not think Archana ever forgot Purvi or her sacrifices even for one minute ...
She left her behind when her other 3 kids came to get her .If I was at Archana's place , I would have done the same thing ...She did not leave Purvi on the roads or alone in an unstable home ...Purvi was in her own home with a loving Aaji and in a room of her own ...
Archana was herself unsure about what awaits her i nthe Deshmukh home .
Archana 's life in the Deshmukh home is totall yat the mrcy of Savita and Manav ...If Savita is happy, Archana has a good life , if she is not then Archana has a very very tough time herself . If you remember , she herself was putting her bed i nthe kitchen that night till Teju came and told her to sleep in her bedroom..In the Deshmukh house, Archana does not have much say ...definitely at that time she did not ..She was not on good terms with savita and the house belongs to savita ...
Purvi was adopted by Archana ..Manav had nothing to do with that adoption ...I think Archana took the right decision of bringing in Purvi through Manav 's decision and not hers ...That kind of confirmed it to everyone that not only Archana but even Manav considers Purvi to be his child ..
Manav saw this in her eyes that Archana desperately wants Purvi to be there and that is why he went and got her ...He told this to Archana that you did not tell me but I can read this in your eyes ...
The way Archana hugged Manav when she found out that he went to get her daughter , that says it all how much she wanted Purvi to be home with her .
I wanted Purvi to come and live with her parents but at that point I wanted Manav to go and get her so that all this talk about ' only Archana adopted her ' will stop and finally the world will see that Purvi is not just adopted by her mother but also as much by her father ...
Two decisions that Manav has done independently to show everyone that Purvi is as much his child as Ovi and Teju is bringing her to live with them and also making her part of his will ...
I think Purvi is extremely lucky to have such nice parents ..
It is not that Archana has not made mistakes ...I did not like it when once , while playing with that cushion, Archana talked about all her kids and motherhood but then she talked about who was the most special one and she talked about Purvi ...That was not right ..No mother should talk about just one particulat child in front of all her other children .I could see why Ovi was feeling neglected ..that was Archana's fault ...
And this habit of unwanted senseless sacrifices and playing mahaan ...where did Purvi learn this from ? Archana obviously .. And even now Archana talks highly of Purvi 's sacrifice instead of being angry with Purvi about it ...

Er ...where was Archana concerned when her daughter Ovi did a suicide attempt ? Wasn't she doing the exact thing Sulo is doing ...partying and arranging Purvi's marraige in the big shot family that she upwardly pooh poohed ?

Same thing !

I agree with Kool. Archana is an unfair mother , very biased towards Purvi... Even though I am her fan but the fact is that she was puts Purvi over and above her other kids and that is not fair ...
That is what I said when I said that while playing cushion game ,she only talked about Purvi being special and that is unfair ...

Another reason why this show should just end, it makes no sense and instead makes a mockery of relationships.

I mean If anyone in my family was in the hospital I wouldn't even be able to keep my mind straight let alone go to a party😡

Kool, I am about to go on a holiday so not really watching any show in particular .You know how it is to pack up the whole house well before you go but I would recommend you these two episodes of crime alert ..I think you will really like them and it is just one episode ...
Whenever I have time to watch TV , I just watch Crime alert or Crime patrol ..
Pavita Rishta is in a bad shape ..I actually don't want Ankita to come back ...even though I miss seeing her as Archana ...
