Hey I think I can't make you guys understand. Carefully read my 1st post. Then all will be crystal clear.
@Linda: contest abhi start e nehi hui. So no question of elimination.
Sipo: Silent members are those who hardly comment in any thread. But always marks their existence by liking post. Newbies are not silent members if they joined here just a few days/months ago. Only those newbies who joined IF at least 8 months ago and active here by liking posts they can considered as silent member. Not only newbies but also All other ladder groups' members can be considered as Silent member if their present is felt by us.

@afsa i hv already asked for forum awards before 2 months😆. Mods has given permission to open forum awards topic. Just a wait. Shall u pm Mods kya? Then wait for reply frm mods. I will discuss with them regarding this & then go for next process.

Ok then we can start the work if Mod gave the permission. Is there any need to dobara pm the mods in this regard? Since They have already given us the permission.
