Thatz d whole point of this post right? If u read it carefully u will notice d sentence that 'he is just a shadow of his original self' and 'is crippled by purvi's love'.
The only reason why he did all this was because he wanted purvi to be happy and nothing else. He sacrificed everything for her sake. He didnt ask for all this to happen. So why say that he deserved it?
No one deserves d life that arjun is living right now. He is the one who has sacrifized d most for purvi just because he loved her more than himself. That doesnt make him a 'puppet' or a 'spineless' man. He just wants to see the love of his life happy disgaurding his feelings. And arjun can do absolutely anything for purvi's happiness and purvi has taken advantage of it v well. She knew that arjun will not refuse her if she gives him their pyaar k kassam and all that crap.
Just because a person loves u doesnt mean u can take advantage of it. Arjun only got married to ovi for purvi's happiness. His happiness most definetly doesnt deserve to have been dealed by ovi and purvi.
Okay for a moment lets say that yes he deserved to be married to a person he doesnt love because he agreed to it himself?
But what about the truth about pari? Arjun defintely doesnt deserve being kept in the dark about the fact that pari is arvi's baby right? How many lies have purvi and onir told this poor guy just to hide the truth of a child from a father. He definetly didnt deserve that either?
