Funny, do ppl to random court cases for issues that somehow or the other doesn't affect them. Besides, if the issue doesn't hit personally, how can anyone fight for it. Isn't it ppl only fight back when they become affected negatively, this is actually proven psychologically...

I thought doing a case for personal insult would be natural😲
Why would I spend tons of money on a case for someone who I am not directly related to?
Additionally, I am sure in Ovi's anger she did mention Onir was next to a saint, so I would believe that she was also riled up for a case because she was hurt for Onir. Wasn't he the one who supposedly saved her baby?

Whichever way, Ovi has all right to file a case if she wants to, whether for herself or the whole of India.
I can't see how there is so much thought into her reason.

I agree with the substance of what you say, and I have always insisted, in my posts, that there was no way Ovi's baby would not be Arjun's.

But yesterday's DNA findings do not prove this, for all the viewers know that Pari is not Ovi's baby but Purvi's. Ovi's baby is dead. So the DNA test does not settle that baby's paternity at all, but of course you both, and I, are all sure that it was Arjun's

Yesterday, Arjun was limp with relief when the verdict came, for only Onir knew what the result would be. Arjun must have fervently hoped the baby, by which he means his and Ovi's, would prove not to have been switched, but he could not have been sure of it. Same with Ovi, which is why both are tremendously relieved, whereas Onir is careful not to show anything on his face, not even relief.

Arjun and Ovi know that Ovi's baby is of the two of them, but they need to be sure that this baby is their baby, which is what they were so tense about.

This said, it is ridiculous of the CVs to show a CCTV camera inside a hospital room. In India? The patients would be up in arms, and would probably smash it, seeing as a deliberate and intolerable violation of patient privacy.

Next, how come both Mittal and the prosecuting attorney, not to speak about the judge, seem to have forgotten all about the more serious part of the charge against Onir, that of human organ trafficking? No one seems to spare a thought for it!

Manju cannot evict Purvi and Onir from the K house because it is not hers, it is Sulochana's. This said, it is impossible to understand why Purvi and Onir still hang around there, with the air so thick with hostility that one could cut it with a knife. And it is priceless of Punni to demand that Onir and Purvi keep off Mittal, when it was he who dragged Onir to court. And Purvi, with her slavish devotion to her maika, cannot summon up the guts to tell Punni so, but stands there snivelling apologetically! Unbelievable,

Clearly, Ovi has been only in love with Arjun, is a one-man woman and has kept the sanctity of her marriage unlike Purvi, who had pre-marital sex with Arjun, gave him up like a toy, married another toy and might give up too if popular demand of this forum gets her re-united with Arjun. Too many men ka woman she is. I see Ovi being the lead more than Purvi, any day, and with more positive qualities than Purvi ever can dream of having. Ovi is protective of her child, loves her husband and child and gives the both top priority in her life, has many introspections of her behavior and apologizes to Arjun/Purvi/Onir whenever and keeps her family first and foremost. This is how we all regular normal women are. People who love husband and child, give family top priority and would fight with the world for them. Purvi on the other hand is EXACTLY the opposite of this and yet she is the one who is touted as lead and mahaanta devi or whatever.

Anyway, so glad Ovi is not blackened to whiten Purvi who is beyond repair now. Thank thank thank CV;s for this good move.

Ovi is the real deal of a character, she stands up for what she wants. In the past, she wanted Arjun to change his mind about not marrying her, so she listened to Savita and made him jealous, it is not her fault he fell for it.
