Friends! When does Ekta celebrate her birthday!
I d like to gift her Aristotle's Poetics She badly needs it!
Though the book is Old but yet it speaks Gold about Everything that goes in the making of a good drama!

Apologize! But Its tempting indeed to make a come back time and again just to vent the anguish over ruined Arvi ! And the stupendous Rithwik, Asha talent thats been strangled by her in a fit of psychosis.

no ,ekta not ruining ashas talent as asha now can show her talent by giving her actual acting for every move as her every move now need proper emotional act as she now get to chance lots of acting . only romance is not acting and only crying scene also not acting and ekta gives a role to asha what actually not for only romance or not only for crying but for everything (strong daughter , fighter girl ,weak GF , worst FIANCE , NOW irresponsible WIFE , fragile mother ) , i think purvi character is the most strongest character in this show , every actre not to get chance to acting like that character , so asha now get lots of screen space and with romance , emotion , classical acting everything for showing her talent .

But Talir (Don't know your name) Dont you think good acting should be coupled with a good storyline. Personally I dont appreciate a show wherein we have characters but plot is missing. (My reason to pity Asha and Rithwik) For we need to watch the talent and who wud bother to watch if you are acting out the illogical hell thats been given to you by your sadist writer???? Of course you don't have an option but that doesn't bind us to like you. When you are onscreen both the things equally matter:

What You have to enact onscreen
How are you enacting it

No doubt Asha has a gracious on screen presence but the plot line is still making her viewers hate her 'onscreen actions'...for we see her as Purvi and not as Asha ... Wouldn't it have charismatic appeal had they not butchered Arvi characters. I agree when you say she will get to play various emotions and shades but it wont won her fame for it will be boring to see her playing all the gloom and ending up being a tragedy queen...and the talent wud be wasted in the absence of interest on the part of viewers.

my name Linda ,

well we most of the people criticize purvi coz for her character , and this criticism proved that she is the most liked by viewers , you know when people start to criticize any character , you can start to think that characecter now popular , if she only stucked at romance then that was we not called acting coz romance acting can anyone but but her acting what her character now , it is too difficult character ,everyone cant and it will be a great character after 6 months at on screen but still a great character , ekta able to do what she wanted . criticism ''''' purvi is the main reason for watching and she is now fame more and more than past 6 months for her saddiest tragedic acting so her acting now popular , she is popular more and more for this .

and Tragedy queen , do you know Sharat ChandraChattopadhyay ? he is so popular Bengali writer and his writing just amazing but till now i dint read any of his book where he ended with happiness and his character also popular but every character so saddiest than this . so tragedy means something good .

but here is no tragedy as purvi means lead who got her best life . so it is not called tragedy .

TALIRAlinda, I disagree and i am pretty sure most of the audience will agree that purvi was a much stronger woman before, she was the fighter purvi. Now purvi is someone who supplies people in the name of mahantaa to the spoiled Ovi.
SO TO SUMMARIZE , A MOTHER WHO GIVES AWAY HER CHILD AS IF HE/SHE IS A PIECE OF FURNITURE CANNOT BE CALLED A STRONG CHARACTER. GOD SAVE US IF ANY OF OUR MOTHERS DID THIS TO US

Dear Linda!
At an outset its good to know your name! It reminded me of your namesake, one of my old North East student. :)

Well I can't vouchsafe on the behalf of all the viewers but personally I don't watch PR for Purvi or for anyone else, for I don't watch it at all!😊 Even if I catch a glimpse of some episode or forum updates its for nothing or you can say I don't have a way out. Do I? 😊

Earlier I used to watch it for Arman then for Arvi but once Arvi split so did my reason to watch it. If you ask me to mark it at the exact point its the great wedding day...I cudn't believe the rude crashing down of all that was essential Arvi ...Neither
my sense nor sensibility cud approve of intelligent Purvi well expert in the ways of the world bargaining the love of her life with her sister to restore her Aai's happiness even when the other reasonable options were available for the Noble task.(The word Aai itself is been made a mocking zero a number of times in Pr...ironically its the most used word in Pr but Ekta is not exhausted as yet again she is all set to repeat the same in the donation track)

The track also remains controversial, for Arjun too can be rightly termed a culprit for not declining Purvi's psychotic decision(courtesy Ekta's portrayal of men..they make a grand entry in the show as the best available bachelor.. but is only allowed to continue the same demeanor until he meets his better half and then he is not allowed to interfere the show by uttering dialogues and disturbing his muteness😆)

And being popular always doesn't mean she or her onscreen action is always been liked even if it costs compromising with fundamental human morals ...its very easy to get attached with some character but it takes the hell out of you to despise it when it gets butchered.. but then you cant like it just bcoz you once liked it. How can we, when we dont identify with it in our real life????? I agree when you say she will get to play various shades portrayiong different emotions but that won't it
And your comment ekta able to do waht she wanted can have multiple connotations, tones and overtones.
Have read 15 works by Saratji but I cudn't compare Purvi's self imposed so called tragedy with any of Saratji's heroine or his piece of art...The great Bengali Wordsmith used to create pathos but yet he used to amalgamate it with a heart calming cathartic effect in the end. Thats something we keep searching in Ektaworld but for our horror we dont find it ...There is a difference between an epic scale tragedy and the illogical inhumane idiosyncratic drama.
If its about sticking to romance...that was not the end in itself it was just the beginning of a rishta..all i wanted from the show was to get stick to one thing that was its title wasn't it supposed to be one pavitra rishta... but they made it sheepish extramarital affairs..the eyelocks which once seemed romantic came to be termed as the signs of adultery in the changed scheme of affairs courtesy ekta's monstrous handling of script and her confidence on her loyal innocent house wives...Last but not the least its not tragedy for Purvi for as you alraedy said she has the best of ife but its for me for watching the show...More tahn Arvi I pity myself...Practicing detachment!😊

Thanks for the patience that the reading wud demand.😊
