Linda the giving away of a baby cannot be compared to the giving away of one's possession. As Khalil Gibran said "Our children come through us not from us". Our children are therefore not our possessions to do with as we please. Both in his professional life and in his personal life, the giving away of a baby is unforgivable, no matter who instigated it.

As a husband it is a person's responsiblity to do what is the best for his better half. To see that her future is secured not agreeing with any hair brained scheme d wife comes up with just to be a hero in her eyes!
If onir would really really care about purvi he wouldnt have ever agreed to this shameless baby swapping! He would have thought long term and how purvi is jumping from the pan into the fire by donating her baby! After the truth comes out purvi is going to be in a much bigger shit then she would have even earlier!
Onir should have thought about all this and not just agreed to give away the baby like it is some candy! So, yes he has failed as a husband! One wonders if he would have given away pari as easily if she would have been his bio child! Probably not!
