I think we should wait for more development on that track until we reach any conclusions. Here is what I personally feel,
1. I dont think its Punni, because that sounds very typical and I dont think that they would keep repeating her doing that.
2. It possibly could be Ruchi, just not knowing enough about her character is putting that choice onto a 50/50.
3. I think its a main character, some people have mentioned that it could be one of the doctors, but they probably couldn't blackmail.
Again, this is my personal opinion, but please put in your views. 😊
